Welcome Home! The house is very centrally located, and is a short ride to the Strip, Fremont St, and the LV Convention Center. It's a wonderful 1-story home (no stairs) with a game room with a Pool Table and Ping-Pong Table conversion. The home has a nice an open concept with large screen TV's throughout. There are 3 private BR's and 3 full bathrooms for your convenience. This home is perfect for business or larger groups that want to be close to the Strip. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

The Space:
There's 3 private bedrooms, which is separated from the gathering areas of the house. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, pots, pans, dishes, trays, etc. The game room has a Big Screen TV, a Pool/Ping-Ping Table, and 2 Futon Couches that can be converted to sleepers. There is a covered outdoor patio with outdoor seating, and a BBQ Grill.

Guest Access:
The guests are welcome to use the entire home. There's ample parking in front of the house for 3 cars, but not covered.

The Neighborhood:
It is a residential neighborhood and very easily accessible. There's lots of shopping nearby, and grocery stores are close. The house is in an up and coming, culturally diverse neighborhood. Close to very good restaurants in the Chinatown area. The house on a main road, so there may be some street noise during the stay.

Getting Around:
There's ample parking in front of the house and street parking as well. It is on a main road, so it may be safer to park in front of the home. 10 mins or less to the Strip, Fremont St, and LV Convention Center.
