The room was clean..ish. I can tell they cleaned, but it still seemed gross. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it’s better than nothing. The front desk was nice.. that’s always a plus. If you’re just looking for a room to stay the night real quick.. it’s ok, but definitely not my first choice.

Disgusting
Disgusting bathroom, paid WiFi was way too expensive for slow speed. Nasty smell in the room. Front desk guy clearly hates his job. Cafe host made everyone wait 25-30 minutes to be seated when many tables were unoccupied. Resort fees for a hotel stay when the pool isn’t even open. Clearly exploiting travelers. I’ll try the skyline hotel for my next 4 month trip.

Here at Fiesta Henderson we take every possible measure to ensure quality including shampoo and extract the carpets to ensure they are always maintained and smell fresh. There was no hot water, we ran the water for over 20 minutes (wasting water) We couldn’t shower . We told the manager and someone was sent as we checked out of the room. The room had candy pieces on the floor under the table from the previous guest. We didn’t get what we paid for, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Fiesta was not great! The property is kind of gross and dirty. The room was fine until I tried to sleep and the walls are paper thin so I could hear everything from other rooms. The A/C unit made a horrible sound all night as well. We left a night early because it was so bad.

Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Pretty good light-blocking drapes in the room. Nice selection of food available, both sit-down and takeaway. Shower curtain rod was a straight one, not crescent, and the curtain billowed in horribly.

Easy to make reservation and to check in. Only complaint was no safety bars in the shower and the force of the water was so strong it hurt my skin.

Good parking, most foul smelling room I’ve ever been in. We have stayed in many pet friendly motels, this was like sleeping in a urinal with a cigarette butt in it.

I noticed you mentioned the room had an odor, I am unsure of why that would be the case but I will surely look into this matter. Here at Fiesta Henderson we take every possible measure to ensure quality including shampoo and extract the carpets to ensure they are always maintained and smell fresh.
