Great Location
The location of this house was perfect to get to the convention center and LV boulevard. The house was clean, and all the appliances worked great. The pool and spa was clean and relaxing. The host of this property did a great job getting the house ready for us and being available if we needed anything. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Great Pool and Outdoor Activities and Home
Celebrated a 52nd Birthday at this awesome home. The pool, hot tub, and slide were all amazing. We all spent our time outside doing a bunch of different activities. The putting green was challenging and fun too. Great place, highly recommend.

Very nice house in Las Vegas area
The house was great. Came for a wedding anniversary. Good location close to the strip, but far enough away to feel like you're out of the hustle and bustle. Pool and spa were heated. Slide was fun. Everything was clean with the exception of a few dishes. Only problem was the jacuzzi tub was not working, which was fine since we had the spa to ourselves.

FIVE STARS!
Very Happy with our stay! Myself and 5 co-workers stayed here for a work trip and would absolutely stay here again! Neighborhood felt safe which was a plus! Check in process was super easy! An email is sent with instructions- we had no issues at all! When I did have a question, the response time was so quick! The home is generous in size so it worked well for us when getting ready in the morning or relaxing during our down time! Home is clean and in good condition! The yard is amazing as well! We took an uber to the strip which was also super easy- every uber arrived within 5 minutes or less and was within ten minutes to get to where we needed to go! Very happy with the stay and we would 100% recommend this property and stay here again!

Christmas Getaway
We had a great time staying here! The house was extremely well equipped for everything we needed for a week. We also cooked Christmas dinner and appreciated that we had more than enough kitchen equipment for more than 10 people. We could have stayed solely in the house for the full week and still been entertained. The basketball court was a hit for our boys! In all honesty I could keep writing positive reviews about this property and host. Just know that your family will be very comfortable and taken care of if you choose this property. We will be reserving this house again on our next trip to Vegas!! Thank you so much Jamason and Leslie for hosting our family for Christmas!!

Perfect getaway
Enjoyed staying here. Kitchen was well equipped & had a dream laundry rm, multiple washers & dryers. Ideal location. Pool was too cold to enjoy, but the hot tub was nice repreive. Home is showing a bit of wear, but King beds were appreciated. Pool, hot tub, basketball, pickleball, poker table, ping pong, games, AND a putting green. Had a great time with our family!

The Perfect House
Was in town for a concert with some friends and was the perfect house to stay at. Close to the strip but far enough away that you could easily separate the two. House was clean with plenty of options for entertainment, and the outdoor area was even better than expected. Will absolutely try and stay here again the next time out.

This house was great!
I booked this house for a guys trip out to Vegas and it was amazing! The house is very spacious which was great for the nine people all in our group. Check-in was easy and simple. There were lots of things to do at the house during our stay with the pool, poker table, pool table, basketball court, etc. Location is perfect, not too far from the strip and the neighborhood is great as well. Definitely will book again in the future.

Fantastic stay!
Nice house in a lovely neighborhood very convenient to the strip with a fantastic pool! Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, plenty of room to spread out. Super clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We had a little trouble with the pool the first day, but the host addressed it immediately so no impact to our enjoyment of the property. Jameson was a great host!

Perfect fit!
We came to Vegas for my daughter’s 21st birthday and for the NBA summer league games. It was the perfect spot for 8 of us where everyone had their own rooms with king size beds! The amenities were fabulous and it’s so close to the strip. The place is clean and fully stocked with everything. The checkin and checkout process was seamless and the owners were very responsive. Would love to stay here again next summer!

Great place to stay - close to The Strip but with enough activities at the house to stay at home. Pool was great. Putting green was hard. Kitchen was huge and extremely well stocked. AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. It was great to have so many bathrooms, and water pressure was good. No complaints!! We recommend it without hesitation.

Perfect place to keep you off the strip constantly
Had 11 guys getting together for a bachelor party. On arrival we were very happy with the condition and accuracy of the ad. The backyard was the MVP of the trip helping us recover from long nights out. Management was great to communicate leading up to the trip. Thank fully we had no reason to contact them during the trip, and vice versa. Do not hesitate to book.

Plenty of stuff to do during the day from grilling out by the pool to playing basketball or putting at the golf green. The beds were very comfortable and there were conveniently located cots in the master closet to accommodate larger groups.

This is a great property with a huge, well utilized back yard. Inside all the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable king beds. The main floor bedroom and one upstairs bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. There is a shared bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. On the main floor there is a powder room off the kitchen and a full bath that is easily accessible from outside. Large kitchen that is well stocked with plenty of empty cupboards and pantry for your food. The back yard is amazing - basketball court that could have been used as a tennis court but there was no net. The putting green is very challenging. Ping pong table is a bit worn but still fun The pool and spa were great. It took a few days for us to get the heating of the pool right but it was well worth the money. The grandkids loved the water slide. The house is near the strip - you can see the Stratosphere from the pool- but far enough away that it feels like you are in a tropical resort. The furniture is a bit worn but very comfortable for our family of 8 ( 3 generations) Would definitely recommend this property

Our stay was very nice--we were exhibitors at the ConExpo Con/Agg trade show and this house is approximately 3.5 miles from the convention center. It was very clean with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There were 5 of us, so we each had our own bedroom. The house was well supplied with everything needed for our stay. We enjoyed the BBQ grill and the spa/hot tub. Nothing negative to report.

This was such a great property for my extended family to meet up for Christmas. Plenty of games for everyone and spaces to get away from them. The furniture was nice but used enough to feel comfortable. The kitchen is great for family cooking together. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. We were surprised at how quiet the property was. It's a nice neighborhood. The owners were great. They were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond our expectations to make our family time special.

Fantastic find
Wonderful home. Well stocked with everything an extended family would need. Everyone in our family commented on how comfortable the beds were (5 kings!). We cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in the large kitchen, played intense ping pong and basketball games, cards on the poker table and swam in the heated pool. The owners were quickly responsive and truly great to deal with. We highly recommend!!!

Great location, great house!
The stay was excellent! We were a party of 5 and the size of the house would easily have accommodated more. We did not want to be downtown Vegas, as we have done that scene. We did attend a John Legend concert and easily Ubered to the event downtown. We enjoyed the pool, a lot! The house, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean and we had no issues. I would suggest getting a few more lounge chairs, as that is where we spent almost the whole time. Great place, we would stay again.

Perfect birthday getaway
I organized this trip for one of my brother's 50th birthday. All four of my siblings and their significant others for a total of 9 adults had ample space in this home. We laughed, swam, drank and ate together in a manner that we hadn't done since childhood. It was perfectly situated to the strip so we could be in the middle of everything if we wanted or just chilling to ourselves. We will definitely return.

Great house for groups, the backyard is amazing
A group of college friends in their 30s came to Vegas for our annual fantasy football draft. We didn’t want to stay on strip but still wanted an epic house, and let me tell you this fit our needs. The house was very clean but what made our stay so much fun was the back yard. We loved having the pool (with slide), basketball court and putting green. If I ever come out to Vegas for another friend trip i will definitely be staying here

2nd time
This was our 2nd stay at the house and we absolutely enjoyed the property both times. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms allow ample room for everyone. The kitchen is so well stocked with all plates, utensils, bowls and appliances. Besides the 12cup coffee pot, there is also a Keurig coffee maker. We didn’t need it but there’s an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The neighborhood is very quiet Our favorite part though is the pool and basketball court. These provided so much activity and fun for our group. I am looking at dates for next summer for our Vegas get away and won’t stay anywhere else.

The outside area needed to be cleaned
The home was very nice. The outside area, which was a BIG draw for us, was not clean. The pool cleaners were listed to come twice weekly - Fri and Tues, but the pool was not clean when we got there (Thurs), nor was it cleaned the duration of our stay (the following Wed). We got very quick responses with the issue of fire alarm going off, but no one was able to come. We took care of that - not a big deal. We were refunded $150. I’m not sure that equates to our time attempting to clean the pool, but that was what was determined. Although I understand it is not always controllable - we did pay a good amount for an unacceptable outdoor space.

Hey Rachel, Thanks for your review. It was a really windy week so even with the two x per week pool service I know it seemed like they never came. If we would have known you had any issues with the backyard we would have sent someone from our team immediately. Please come back and see us, and we’ll take care of you and your family.
