We stayed one night on our way home from Utah. Rooms were nicely decorated with many small but smart touches such as the pull-down shades instead of curtains. I have not stayed at a Hampton Inn before and was pleasantly surprised by the room quality. The included breakfast was fine but nothing special. The parking lot of this inn was partially torn up and surrounded by a fence so it's possible an extension will be built soon.

Location is good and the property looks new. We got unlucky and there was no cold water in the room, only scalding hot water. We stayed for one day and nobody showed up to fix the problem.

A great stop for families looking for better value that what you’d find right on the strip. The room was clean, pool heated, and the full breakfast was a hit with the whole family. You needed to drive and park if you wanted to go to the strip, but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. If that’s the same for you then I’d strongly recommend. The only knock is that it’s on its own in an out of the way area. There’s a CVS and Starbucks a few minutes car ride away, and Target a bit further than that, but the neighborhood itself is not walkable and a just vacant lots or dessert near the freeway. Again not a big deal for us, but good to know before.

So happy we stayed here! It was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful and very prompt. I only have positive things to say about our stay here. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we are in Las Vegas! The hotel even provided a to go breakfast for us since we had to checkout before the breakfast area had opened.

We had a great stay! Most of the staff were great: From Tiana greeting us and checking us in, to Maribel for keeping our rooms clean, to the kitchen staff for preparing a great breakfast each morning. The facility was clean. I would've gladly given the Staff and Service 5 stars easily but the woman (Carrie?) who was on duty at the front desk during the evening hours (7 pm to 11 pm) on Saturday, 2/24/24 was extremely rude, lazy, and a liar. I suppose she was not happy being disturbed from enjoying her loud movie at the front desk. When I brought to her attention that the coffee at the lobby had gone cold (around 8pm), she rudely told our party that it will only be refilled once it's all gone. I guess to her cold coffee is normal. I had also witnessed her treat a food delivery driver with similar rudeness.

The property itself and surrounding property are just as pictured. I took one start from surrounding area only because of the homeless situation a few streets over and the accessibility to the cars but that’s at no fault to the hotel of course. It was safe and clean and the staff were very friendly.

We spend two nights at this property and really appreciated the following: the free breakfasts, the water-filling station in the lobby, coffee readily available in the lobby (with flavored creamer), a deck of cards and a few board games for guests to borrow, many places to sit and gather with your group at all hours in the breakfast area, and the very friendly and professional staff.
