Great house, great location
This property was great. The hot tub and ping pong table kept my kids entertained whenever we were there. They loved having a TV in their room. Kitchen was well appointed. Furniture, especially the living room couch, were very worn but it served its purpose! The location was amazing - close to everything we wanted to do. Everything on the strip was within 15 minutes. The neighborhood felt safe. Would def stay here again, and Cecile was incredibly communicative and easy to work with.

Awesome Stay
Superb! Everything from the host to the property was more than I expected. First, Cecile is amazing! She was so friendly and helpful often checking in to see if I needed anything or was everything okay. The house is lovely and vibrate from the coloured walls (which I loved) to the decorative art and collection pieces. It just felt really homely and comfortable,. The beds were all comfortable, and having the one bedroom downstairs was a God send for me. I've stayed in a lot of places and you tend to be on edge in most homes, afraid to touch anything or relax, but the furniture was comfortable and having the ping pong table area was. I never felt so at home in a place. Being there for so long I really settled in making it my home away from home. The neighbourhood is quiet and convenient to central LV, malls/grocery, and Henderson and 1-15/1-215. I highly recommend staying here. Cecile is a great host. Monica

Property and location was great. Hot Tub is not really available. Very disappointing. Not sanitized. You must add water. It was basically unusable. Otherwise its a good option for your Vegas stay.

Hi Kelly, We are so glad your husband and son enjoyed the F1 races and they appreciated the property and location. When I was in contact with your husband regarding his stay, he did not mention there were any issues with the hot tub. I’m so disappointed that he had an issue and we didn’t have the opportunity to correct it for him. Next time, be sure to let the owner know of any issues so that they can be corrected. We had a previous VRBO booked, and they cancelled on us last minute. We found this one and are very happy everything worked out. The communication was amazing, house was great, location for us worked well. Overall we would stay again and recommend!

Location and hot tub make this property well worth the stay
The home is located just 2 short blocks off the Las Vegas Blvd and walking distance to South Pointe casino. It was perfect for our family of 5. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath between them. Master (King) is downstairs with double sink vanity. The hot tub was so nice to have in the mornings and evenings. Sams club and Smiths grocery store are just a 10-15 minute drive. You are at Mandalay Bay on the strip in about 10 minutes and Hoover Dam was 30 minutes. The only downside to the home is if you plan to cook. There are plenty of pans but they are really worn and peeling. Also make sure you have all spices you need including salt and pepper. The furniture is comfortable and has that worn in feel. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we would stay here again because of the location and hot tub!

Fantastic Vegas stay!
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days to celebrate our Marines 21st birthday. Everything from the beginning of the rental process through check-out was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean and in the perfect location. It was 10 min from the airport and 10 min from the strip. Walmart was minutes up the street. It was fully stocked, more than any VRBO we've stayed at before. The owner went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was better than we expected! I highly recommend staying here and working with this owner! Also, we highly recommend The #1 Escape Room for fun. It was such a blast we went twice! Thanks for an amazing experience!

You won’t go wrong with this rental. We loved it. Exactly as advertised in the photos. Safe neighborhood (I had kids with me). Great location- 13 minutes to strip. Kids loved the ping pong table. Hot tub was great. What I appreciated the most though was the host - instructions were all laid out for me well in advance, so no scrambling for a code or address last minute. She even gave me a heads up what was supplied and what wasn’t, so no surprises. That was awesome. Check out process is the easiest I’ve ever seen. I look forward to returning!!

Comfortable House
The house was very pleasant for our family stay. Comfortable mattresses, plenty of linens, a well-furnished kitchen, and effective air-conditioning were all appreciated. Because it was so hot when we stayed there, we did not use the hot tub, barbeque, or ping pong table. The photos and description accurately represent the place and show the slightly exotic decor. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. We would stay here again.

Safe area with walking distance to shops and eateries! Great backyard, fun ping pong and barbecue are nice touches. Host was So personable, Best we’ve ever had, and we have stayed in many many places!! Highly recommend for everyone. Relaxing week long stay with family of 4 adults
Our family of 4 adults had a very relaxing visit to Las Vegas. Cecile was very responsive to any issues that came up and was in touch regularly. Our family likes quiet evenings so staying on the Strip and not having a kitchen was not anything we would consider for a week long trip. The house was very comfortable. It has the main bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen had new high-end appliances. We were able to walk to South Point Casino. We never felt unsafe walking in the area. This house is a great value but you would need a car. We mostly parked for free at Treasure Island, just say you are going to the casino if they ask. We got 5 day Go City passes and stayed busy with tours, rides, shows and exhibits. Be sure to go to the Mob Museum and Fremont Street (enjoyed the walking tour included on our pass).

We are repeat guests. Cecile is an excellent host - very responsive and accommodating. This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to supermarkets, outlets and our favorite casino. Quick access to Las Vegas Blvd, major highways and airport rental car return.

My family and another family traveled to Las Vegas from Connecticut for a National Flag Football Championship, during the Pro Bowl games weekend. We rented Cecile’s home and everything listing was there. The home was very clean and inviting. The neighborhood was super quiet. Cecile’s communication was what you would expect from a VRBO host. The location was perfect for a “off the strip vegas stay”.

Great place to stay!
We stayed at this home for a week during Christmas and it was great for my family! It's a little worn on some places but the host was prompt in fixing any issues we had. The location is perfect bc it's right on the edge of the busiest part of town but far enough away from the chaos. Close to the interstate 15 and 215. Perfect for getting to the other side of town quickly. Would definitely stay again.

This was an awesome area to stay everything was nearby . The house was well-equipped with essentials that one would need to be comfortable. We only had to buy groceries. We were there from6/29 - 7/15 we certainly enjoyed the property & the location it was awesome. Hopefully , this rental will be available for the dates we choose for the upcoming Christmas Holidays. This is a well equipped place but needed a little TLC done to some of the furniture and drawers in top bedrooms , and maybe a brighter colour to the walls .However our Host was very quick to sort out a problem we had with a leak very efficient. Would recommend this for a family getaway.

Perfect layout for my family
My wife, 3 kids aged 16, 22, 24, & my in-laws aged 80, 89 stayed there for 8 days. It was originally just going to be 7 days but I needed an extra day. Fortunately, the owner quickly responded and let us stay 1 extra day at a small discount too! Hot tub is nice, but it takes about 8 hours to warm up to be 102-104 degrees (warms up much faster with cover on). Once it is hot, it is very relaxing. It has a very nice bedroom and full bath (master) on first floor which was nice for my in-laws so that they did not have to go up any stairs. Kitchen was nice. Tall ceilings were nice. They even left a couple of fans we could use (for us who like to sleep with fans on). Grill works great. I grilled 2 days. Nice table and chairs in the backyard which has artificial turf. Only thing I would improve upon is a bigger TV for the Living Room, but other than that this place is 5 stars and I'd stay here again for sure.

We loved staying at this house, very spacious for four guests! The hot tub was a nice hang out with ping pong! We will definitely be going back. It was about 10-15 min drive to the strip, with plenty of liquor stores and grocery stores nearby.

Perfect private Vegas property
My husband and I stayed at this vacation home for our Vegas trip & it was perfect. Communication with the host was great. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were more than comfortable for our stay. The house is very spacious and very clean! The beds are extremely comfortable and the hot tub was the best after walking the strip all day. Very cozy private home close to the strip. When traveling back to Vegas we will stay here again.

This was fantastic, great open floorplan downstairs, nice size rooms to sleep in. Everything was super clean and Cecile was incredible for us. She was super quick to answer and very exact with her instructions, which we like, made it very clear. She answered questions we had about the area, which was very helpful. Excellent Host and Great Value!
We stayed with 4 adults and 3 young children. Cecile was wonderful and so friendly in all of our communication! From the day of our arrival all through until after we left she was lovely! She made sure that we had everything that we needed and were comfortable. She even gave us travel attractions advice. She was very personable and one of the best hosts I have ever experienced in a travel host. The home was spacious, updated and clean. The bedrooms were located far enough away from each other so that someone could easily sleep in while others were awake. We loved that there were 2 fans in the closets also for those of us who sleep with a fan! The hot tub was a nice bonus and the fact that it was in a 3 season porch was nice on a February evening. I personally loved the decor and paint colors. The location was very convenient and close to all of the attractions that we visited. The beds are a little on the firmer side but were still comfortable. We all who stayed just prefer a little bit softer bed. Regardless, we loved this home and thought it was an excellent value for the rental price. Again, the host Cecile was top notch! We would definitely stay here again and suggest this hoime to others.

This house is located close to I-15, Southpoint, restaurants and shopping. Also, Cecile the owner was super responsive, accommodating and helpful. The house was comfortable and functional. The beds and bedding was nice with plenty of extra blankets. A master suite on the main floor was nice for my parents who have trouble with stairs. Overall great experience for me and my family!
