Condo at Lake Las Vegas
The condo was perfect for a couple, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We bought coffee and breakfast items so that we didn't have to go out in the morning if we didn't want to. The best part was the location, Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful relaxing area. The condo was a bit outdated but still comfortable and affordable. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would stay here again.

Two groups of friends stayed at the two other big named hotels nearby and did not get a kitchen, fridge, oven, or microwave. We payed half what our friends payed.

Great Location
The condo was in a location perfect for the purpose of our trip. Easy freeway access and close to any necessities. The place was super clean and the bed, nice and comfy for a good nights sleep. Scott was very reactive when we reached out with questions and followed up to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect size and price for a single or couple. My son and DIL surprised us, but they used the pullout sofa and were fine. Kitchen has everything you need. Communication with the host was outstanding!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Lake Las Vegas village and will be staying there every time we’re in Vegas. We loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of our unit and the surrounding areas. It was great but….
It was beautiful. Only complaint I have is to have at least big pot, containers to put away left overs, dishwasher did not clean very well and the washer did not wring out the clothes well. But nothing that took away terribly from the experience.

Great location!!
A great location for sightseeing of the Valley of the Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover dam, Red rocks and the Vegas strip. Enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance in the evenings and enjoyed music on the water one evening.

The condo with its little community is very nice. There are restaurants, a small general store and a few other shops. The condo was clean and the pool area was very nice. It is in a very new area with lots of construction. It is about a 10-15min drive to Henderson, the nearest town and 30mins to the strip.

Perfect “Diamond In The Rough” Stay
5 star stay in this property! Has everything you need for a perfect “feel at home” stay. The unit to the grounds, community feeling, along with shops and amenities (water sports including kayaking, jet skiing etc). Unit was very clean and comfortable, parking was great, literally amazing stay.

nice quiet clean property
This property was off the beaten path about 30 min from the strip. There was some construction going on next door but it didn't bother us at all. The pool was magnificent and the lake quiet and tranquil. Got a little confused over the parking pass when we checked in because it just looks like a piece of cardboard you would hang on a door, but otherwise everything went off without a hitch. Underground parking kept our car nice and cool and protected which was nice. Our adult daughter stayed with us for the first 3 nights and the pull out sofa bed worked just great for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great owner!
Scott is an amazing host, so prompt and willing to help! The location is fabulous. We loved having a little grocery store and a variety of restaurants to choose from just a minute walk away in the little village. It's close to Lake Mead and about a half-hour from the strip. Our whole family enjoyed ourselves.

The host was incredible and messaged several times during our stay to make sure nothing else was needed. The little village is beautiful and the area is nice as well if you are like us and want to be outside of Vegas. The little rental was clean and nice. Amazing Place to Stay
