I personally supervised the cleaning team while they prepared the home for your stay and can assure you the home passed the pre-stay inspection. We were surprised when you reached out to us 2 days into your stay to make us aware of your concerns. We promptly responded and offered to come to the home to address your concerns. Unfortunately, you politely declined and had already made the decision to cut your stay short. - The home has a new HVAC System, and as soon as we were made aware of this concern we monitored the temperature and can confirm the thermostat indicated 70-73 degrees on both floors during your stay. - In regard to the Jacuzzi, when you reached out to request it to be turned on, we made you aware that it has a set timer and would shut off after 3 hours. We did not receive another request from you and assumed you no longer wished to use it. We wish you had reached back out, we would have been more than happy to turn it back on for additional use. - The home features high-quality luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. With multiple occupants wearing shoes indoors, it's not uncommon for LVT to exhibit dirt more visibly compared to carpeting, which conceals dirt differently. We made efforts to address and resolve any concerns you raised to which you declined. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hi Jan, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We do our very best to uphold high standards of hospitality for our property and provide all of our guests with an exceptional experience. - Upon your arrival, we immediately received a request to access the master bedroom closet, which we typically use for storage. Although there are other closets available for hanging clothing, we arranged for our cleaner to open the master closet at your request. - We do our best to provide a clean environment and our cleaners professionally service the home before every guest's arrival. When we received your concerns about the spot on the sink and the utensils, we explained that as a part of the cleaning standards, our cleaners ensure to clean them and put them away. - We recognize that on your arrival on Thursday, there was some debris in the pool, and we explained that our scheduled pool maintenance service takes place on Friday mornings. In an effort to resolve the concern, we advised you to use the provided net to remove any leaves in the pool until then, but you expressed your dissatisfaction. I assessed the situation and found that there were only a few leaves in the pool, and our pool maintenance was scheduled for the very next morning, which was completed as planned. - We confirmed that you were able to enjoy the pool during your entire stay. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hi Kathleen, We are happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry that the privacy of the home fell short of your expectations. Security systems and cameras are encouraged for rental homes in Las Vegas, and the homeowner would like to clarify that the external cameras on their property only monitor the entryways. Not all maintenance can be scheduled in between bookings, and some maintenance, like pool cleanings, needs to be done while guests are in residence for them to be able to enjoy the home's amenities for their entire stay. We do apologize that the maintenance workers caught you by surprise, and we are glad that they did not detract too much from your time in this vacation home.
