Marriott Grand Chateau - New Years Eve !! - Studio - Our loss your gain!!

Let me share some information about this studio before the full description that follows.

First, we are owners at Marriott Vacation Club, which Marriott Grand Chateau is part of, and have stayed at Marriott Grand Chateau a lot and know it very well. It is a great hotel/resort. Second, all the Studio rooms this size (King bed, 1 bath, sofa bed, kitchenette with eating table for 2) are 98% the same layout. So others who are offering a Studio at the Grand Chateau are the same as this one. We can't make our planned trip over New Year's Eve. Our loss, your gain! Before you book, look at the Total Cost others are asking. What we are asking Total Cost should be the lowest. If not the lowest, contact me to see what is possible.

The Marriott Grand Chateau if part of the the Marriott Vacation Club which are Gold Crown, Five Star properties - top of the line.

Beautiful 435 square feet Studio, with kitchenette and living space with sofa bed. Studio can sleep a total of 4.

No walking through a smokey casino to get to your room.

NO RESORT FEES!!

On site complimentary valet parking.

There is not daily room cleaning or towel service during the rental period.

One half block to the world famous Las Vegas strip. Short walking distance to the MGM Grand, New York New York, Excalibur, Aria, Waldorf Astoria, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, and many others. If you don't like to walk 3-5 minute Uber ride.

The pictures of the Studio shown may not be exactly the same of the Studio that is assigned on day of check-in, but the variation will be near identical.
