Our house rule:

- PARKING RULE: We have two car parking garage, also driveway. No overnight parking on the street, No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk / mailboxes at any time.

- POOL RULES:
We have heated pool/tub, but the heating fee is not included. If you like the pool/tub to be heated. we charge heating fee is $35/day, 3 days minimum with 24 hours notice. Guests use pool at their own risk.

- PET RULES:
Small pets under 20 lbs are ok, dogs and cats only, two pets maximum, we charge pet fee $10/night/pet, extra pet clean $200 per stay.

- RESORT and HOA RULES:
The property is within a HOA-managed community which ensures a high standard environment. Any HOA rules or resulting violation fines will be the responsibility of the guests such as excessive Noise after 10pm, Parking violation, exposed Trash can, etc.

- BBQ Grill:
We have a 3 Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill for guest to enjoy the outdoor cooking. The BBQ grill is free to use, all you need is to refill the propane tank if run low. Please brush the grill after each use, more importantly to turn off the gas after.

- MAILBOX RULE:
We don't have onsite mailbox for the guests. If you need, please use outside mail service like USPS mailbox, or you may check with anytimemailbox.

-UTILITY Cap for Mid-Term Stay (30+) :
All utilities are included with a CAP on Electricity at $200/month. Any over consumption will be charged to the guests.

- IMPORTANT:
NO Party and Events are allowed. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Per the city's rules for Airbnb, all backyard lights must be off during quiet time. - please don't disturb the neighbors.
NO Smoking in the house whatsoever!
NO Shoes in the house please!
NO illegal substances allowed on the premises.
