Centrally located VRBO
Attractive unit in central Las Vegas location which was of strong appeal to our party of 4, two grandparents, one parent and one 16-year old hockey player in town for an invitational tournament. Beds very comfortable. Unit was clean. It needs some attention to basic details, such as enough drinking glasses, a hair dryer and more hooks and towel bars however.

The place was clean and spacious.
I got exactly what I needed out of the spacious property. Clean and close to my daughters cheer comp at UNLV. The only thing I found was the shortage of towels and the pool isn’t really connected to the property. Other then that the property host was awesome and easy to get a hold of. She even let us check in a little early. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Wasn't as expected
The shower in the master is hard to get into, I had to turn sideways and squeeze in. The shower in the main is open glass so water got everywhere. One of the room had bugs in it. Mattresses were comfortable. Place is a lot smaller than you think. Waited for the entrance code and messaged the owner and it took all day until after 7 pm for them to reply.

Made the Bachelor weekend a success
My wedding party and I booked this listing as our home base for a bachelor party weekend. It was so close to the strip so we were able to go do everything we want and it was such a nice place to come back to after a night out.

It was super easy to communicate with the house owner. We actually arrived hours before the actual check in time, but they were awesome, and let us in early. The place waa exactly as we expected, and looked exactly like the pictures. It even had a washer/dryer unit I didn't expect at all. It was a little loud (it echoed quite a bit and you could hear everything, no matter if the doors were closed or people were talking quietly. ) We had read the reviews prior to booking, so we did expect the A.C unit to be loud and the shower to be interesting. We figured out how to use the shower anyway without getting water everywhere and the A.C was easy enough to ignore. It appeared as though the previous renters had broken some things, which was unfortunate, but we informed the owner once we found them. The shower head in the master bathroom randomly turned on/started leaking in the middle of the night on day 2 or 3, which was odd, but wasn't a problem. Otherwise, it was awesome. I would definitely stay there again: D

TERRIBLE!
Don't waist your money! Nothing in this rental functions correctly. The AC makes a horrible loud noise in the ceiling of the master all night. Every bar, handle, TP holder is loose and the design of both bathrooms is crazy. In the first bath the shower looks nice but only has a half door so when you use the shower, water runs out all across the bathroom floor which is sloped towards the hallway and then proceeds to form a huge puddle in the hallway. And I took a quick shower. There is a TV in every room but they don't connect to anything not even basic cable. This is a townhouse not a single family and the community pool is less than inviting. I wish I would have read the reviews more carefully. We left 4 days early and went to another rental.

If I can put zero star I’ll do it!!
Property said when we rent “private” Which is not!! It’s a 4plex.. it’s said has private pool which is community pool!! People working next they make to much noise!! Master bedroom has a flat roof and has the HVAC on top he’ll noise in the night... when we arrive we use the hallway bathroom and has handicap shower, flat or even with the rest of the floor and water all over the floor, hallway and rooms, definitely not recommend this property!!!!

Very dissatisfied we down for my birthday and didn't enjoy my stay the house looked nothing like the pictures. We didn't have no cable had to request a microwave was no trash can had to ask for that.We had no TV in the bedroom like shown in the pictures. The basic of living wasn't in this house.

Pool and Noise
The pool is closed for Covid-19 and it can't be use because it is community pool. The master bedroom is very noisy because the AC unit sits on top of the roof were the master bedroom is locate it. and it is very uncomfortable to sleep. I wish I will know this before My family and I stayed at this house, so we will look for a better place.

The place was listing as a private home but when you pull in the community states apartment homes. The listing didn’t specify that the pool was closed when i booked it. The walls were very dirty. The cabinets were coming off the hinges. The tvs were hard to control the remotes kept freezing, i think the batteries were low. The microwave was also broke there was a hole in the wall. In the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling and it was leaking. To top it off there were ants and i don’t mean a few like a lot! They got into our suitcases. There was also a jumping bug on the beg. The shelves were falling. Pictures were hanging crooked. Just you name it and it was wrong. I will never stay here again. I don’t even trust Vrbo to rent a place.

Short Uber ride from the strip, and gives you a place to escape the hustle and bustle once you’ve had your fill. Convenient, Clean, and easy to work with from start to finish.

Clean place and close to the strip
The house was clean and as described. We arrived late in the night. But the property manager was informed about it. He did not give the code to the house at first. When I tried calling, I did not get a response. But I did get a response via Vrbo messages. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get the code from him. Other than that the place is very good. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the home but don't stay here for the pool
This home was nice and clean and the couch was comfy. It was annoying that the bedrooms only had one power outlet, it would be a lot better to have a power strip or an extension cord. The second bathroom shower was spraying everywhere so we had to tie a towel around the faucet to keep it from drowning the whole bathroom. Don't stay here for the pool. The photos are not accurate at all. The pool was green and opaque. It was very questionable and there was no pool furniture. If you just want a place to sleep it's fine but if you wanted a pool like us, look somewhere else.

Very easy to get ahold of owner. Loved being away from the Strip. Was there for a wedding and needed to be in a quiet location. Nice to be able to walk to In-n-out as well as a British Pub. The place was perfect for us It was quite cool and each bedroom had its own fan and the two biggest had tv with Netflix available. I would definitely rent this place again

Pictures look nothing like the actual place. It’s like they had a snap chat filter on everything, making it look so much better then it really is. The pool was so disgusting we couldn’t get in, the “club house “ was locked with a chain. The actual property feels a lot smaller then it looks in pictures. There was hair on some of the bathroom towels. Of all the places you have to pick from in Vegas I definitely would not stay here ! Check in was easy- that’s the reason it has 2 stars.

The house was we expected we had 2 family stay March 9-14. There was plenty of room for us. The house is what we expected. We even arrived an hr early and itay let us check in. Had no problems. We’ll definitely stay again! Thank you itay and for helping turn off the alarm my husband set off!😁

Great location
Perfect place for four of us in town for an event at UNLV. The university is in walking distance. The house is a little older but the owner has done a nice job decorating it and making it a bit more modern inside. Beds were comfortable and we there was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the little extras like shampoo and make up remover in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Rental was not what we expected from description
We had trouble with property manager. He obviously didn't check rental before we checked in. After a few texts he came over and you could tell he wasn't familiar with property. We continued to have issues like fireplace not working, light not working above table, and trouble with programmable heating system. After many texts to him he finally got someone to look at fireplace and light; this was 6-7 days after we came. Both repairmen told us that property manager had contacted them the night before they came to fix items. Property manager texted me he couldn't find anyone due to the holidays, who according to these men was not true. Both men said they'd worked with owner Tom and he was a nice owner and PM was very new. We asked for a partial refund due to inconvenience, especially because we rented this place because it had a fireplace and we wanted one for Christmas and NYE. He texted back that these were small inconveniences and all we'd get was $50.00 refund. They were not small to us and we left 3 days early. I might add that floors and livingroom carpet were dirty. I cleaned floors and there was mold in master bathroom. We will be contacting HA for a partial refund. Would not recommend this property due to PM's attitude towards us.

We are 3 businessmen attending a Tradeshow in Las Vegas. The beds were ok. The shower leaked and the place was not very clean. Communication was very poor. Being 3 individuals we requested additional keys, at first the incorrect keys were delivered. Owner did bring a replacement set however he never let us know that he did. Customer Service was lacking. No ironing board. A very basic place to stay with no amenities around. Would not go back.

Very satisfactory and has met my expectations. Worth the money!
The unit had a very good location , accessible to grocery stores, restos, shopping areas , the Strip and airport. The place is clean and spacious although materials found in kitchen and the room doors need upgrading. There should be a notice in the designated parking spot how vehicle should be parked. We were not aware that it is prohibited to park back end facing the wall so we got a notice that we will be towed. Its a good thing the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. The area is safe and quiet alrhough a lot of cars tend to park in front of the house in the daytime . These are owned by students whose school is within the vicinity. I would definitely book this property again when I go back to Las Vegas and recommend it to friends and family.

Very safe neighborhood!
Love the neighborhood, even though it’s a old house but, they kept it really clean and neat. We had all the extra pillows, blankets, towels and detergents. We loved everything about the house. The owner was really nice and acted really fast when we didn’t have the keys to the pool. That was the only thing is the pool was dirty but, it was understandable because it was a new management. It was like a home away from home. We loved the location. We definitely will be back soon, we would recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you and God bless🙌🌺

Overall Good
There was a group of 4 of us that stayed here for a short trip to Vegas (1 couple that used the main bedroom/bathroom and the 2 others were a non couple). Great price for the location. It was a very short Uber ride to the strip. The place could use some minor work in the bathrooms. Also, the AC was set on automatic and would go up to 85 degrees while we were out for the day making it very hot and stuffy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will likely consider staying here again in the future.
