Serenity Stay in Henderson with Pool!

Importantly, the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children. There is no lifeguard guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.



Pool cleaning is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced until the next cleaning day. *Monday and Friday are the regular cleaning days, with no exceptions. Also, there are no scheduled times. Also, if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay, please notify us, and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance. The weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas.

Landscaping service is during the week, no scheduled times or days for either service.

Please confirm 7 days in advance if you will be needing the pool or tub heated, each is heated by propane and it requires a company to fill up the tank if we do not get an advance notice this service can not be provided for you at the last minute. The cost is $150 a day for the entirety of your stay to heat the pool/spa. To heat, the spa is only $100 a day for the entirety of your stay. We recommend the use of the spa only during the cold months (it only takes about 20 minutes to heat the spa). Please understand that both the pool and spa are heated by a tank of propane, which is only 80 gallons. 80 gallons of propane can be used up by 1-3 days with continuous running to heat the pool. There is no guarantee that it will last all days booked. The pool heats 1-2 degrees per hour, depending on the temperature. Guests are not allowed to touch the pool equipment unless instructed. The heater is set on a timer clock it does not run 24-7. Please contact the host if it cuts off during your stay.

Pre-paid propane fills are only on Mondays and Wednesdays only and must be scheduled 7 business days prior. Also, there are no refunds for unused gas.

*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by the host. Please confirm in advance regarding the use of the jets. Guests are not allowed to operate unless instructed to! There is a fine of $100 a day if the equipment is touched.
As soon as the heater is turned on is when you are charged this fee. Which is the day you arrive after guests check out
Even though it will take a day or so to heat, the cost is the price to use the gas.

There are no working jacuzzi jets. Pool lights are inoperable.

IMPORTANT: Pool towels are only allowed at the pool!!!

Fireplaces are nonworking, it's just part of the decor!

Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt

Guests must provide a copy of their id to receive check-in information.


Pets are allowed 2 maximum pets. Absolutely no cats! Please inquiry with host there is a pet fee, which is also with permission only. No unauthorized pets! Even if it's a service out of common curiosity, please notify us so we can inform housekeeping.
1. They can not be left at the property unattended.
2. For any damages to the interior and exterior, there is a damage fee.
3. For any dog poop left outside or urine inside, there is an additional cleaning fee.
4. Pet can not be on the furniture, no pet hair.
5. Extra Cleaning fee of $250.
