The hotel is fine. It’s a little old, but will be demolished anyway. The walls of the rooms aren’t that thick, you can hear alarmclocks from the rooms next to you or whatever happens in the hallway. Good beds and big rooms. All in all still had a nice stay at the Mirage.

Great hotel! Worth a visit before it will be turned into a large hotel shaped guitar. Rooms clearly need an update which they will after 2023. Had a great stay. Nice and clean.

Prima hotel, beetje gedateerd. Goed bed alleen wel wat geluidhinder van feestende mensen in de gang. Check in ging soepel en zwembad was fijn.

Goed hotel , goede sfeer, goede faciliteiten. Kamers zijn goed. Maar niet perfect (deuren lijken gewoon met kwast geschilderd) maar prima prijs kwaliteit. Bij het reserveren hadden we aangegeven dat er een 3e bed op een kamer moest komen. Dit kon en is bevestigd in de Chat in Expedia . Bij aankomst was dit niet mogelijk . Men voor ons aan om voor €2500 voor 5 dagen 1 penthouse kamer erbij te boeken . Dit hebben we afgeslagen natuurlijk. Geldklopperij. De volgende dag weer naar de balie: andere dame zei : geen probleem. En binnen 5 minuten stond er een extra bed!

All with all 4 stars. The VIP advantages were not there (besides the beverage coupon). Room upgrade was nearly an upgrade (only sort of view) but that room was soaking wet from a leak. So we ended up in a worse room then before. Swimming pool made it 4 stars

Rooms are beautiful but you can’t even look at the nuts and water. we had a double queen at the 20th Floor. Best It is neat and if something is wrong they have an army of workers.

Just to many thing not going as expected: - no promised upgrade available - upfront credit card downpayment charged twice - laundry taking longer than promised - worn out room, with multiple carpet stains - missed daily cleaning - ridiculous prices for in room water bottles and snacks - long waiting queue at checkout as only 2 out of many more desks are used. All in all it seems they simple don’t want to deliver a good experience.

Our room needed new carpet as it was frayed in stained in several places. Also the mattress needed replacing as there was a significant valley in the center. The room was mostly clean and was safe and comfortable.

Casino and property is okay. Stayed in a two queen strip view. Rooms really need renovation. Musty smell. Loud fans in bathroom. Old beds and carpet. For the price, it’s decent for sleeping only. I won’t stay here again unless there’s a renovation. I stayed here a few times in the past and was great. Not so much anymore.

Very nice property in Las Vegas which is close to Treasure Island, Venetian and Palazzo. Facilities great and our room was spacious with cabinet space. No coffee maker or microwave though. The tram to Treasure Island was convenient since we had to watch Mystere Cirque du Soleil. Expect very long lines during check-in (we waited 30 minutes). It was great to have online checkout kiosks after your stay. The volcano exhibit was nice but short. Uber and taxis are readily available. The Pantry is a good restaurant with reasonable prices (loved their smashed potatoes). If you want to go across the street to McDonalds outside of the hotel, go to where Starbucks at the hotel is and at the end of the hallway there is an exit so just cross the street. One suggestion is to update your website for shuttle price from the airport which lists $7 per person…it is now $15 per person.
