A great respite
The property is close enough for a ride to the strip but far enough to be away from the craziness and get some rest. Easy walk to the grocery store. Nice neighborhood. Well labeled and well organized house.

Vegas reunion 2023
We didn’t expect this house to be big enough for the 10 of us but when we get in there, it’s very spacey and more than big enough and it’s beautiful and we love the hardwood floor, the lower level has1bdrm and separate bathroom (which I was in) is so beautiful kind of you have your own privacy, the only thing is there’s no TV in the bedroom and no night light but not a big deal. Overall we all had a great stay and the fact that it’s also closer to the strip. we’d like to rent this house again in the future and highly recommended!😊

Wonderful stay!
The house was laid out perfectly for our large family so that we weren’t all on top of each other. Everything was nice & clean. Comfy beds in each room. Average Lyft price to the strip was about $15 so that was great. Communication with host was excellent! Overall a very nice stay & would definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving stay
Whilst the house was certainly big enough for the 5 adults there nowhere does the listing state that the house backs to a busy road which makes it nearly impossible to hold a conversation in the back yard. I found it odd that the master bedroom had 2 queen beds in it… a desk in one of the bedrooms would have been a good addition for those of us who had to work.. the pool and hot tub could use some tlc

Had a group of 11 for my 30th birthday and it was a great place. Very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories. Pool was great. Basketball shooting machine and pool table both got a lot of use. Mattresses were very soft memory foam. Negatives: hot tub was maybe 1 degree warmer than the pool water, and the A/C in the house can't go below 74. Other than that, no complaints.

Location Couldn’t Have Been Better
Great location to all if our favorite LV activities! Most within a 15 min car ride. 5 of us had a fantastic week stay. Could of used more coffee cups and plates, but very functional kitchen. Lower bedroom slept "hot." Had problems with 3 TVs that didn't work and issue was NEVER resloved. Clean pool but cold spa. LOVED the location and safety gate and locking systems in place. We ALL enjoyed the house.

Worked great for staying at home or going out. Uber rides $10-30 to the strip (depending on traffic me of day) Get groceries and cook and grill. We saved a ton of $and ate what we wanted. Buy liquor. Headed into downtown. Regular sized drinks are $20/each Pregame a good 👍 idea

Beautiful House with Pool
The house was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed the house. It was a perfect distance from the strip and all other shops. We also took advantage of the pool after a hot day. It being July the temperatures averaged 118F. Sleeping was a little bit uncomfortable. The air is not properly balanced making it really warm in the bed rooms and cool in the common areas. Hint all the fans in the closets in every bedroom. I would rent this house again, just not in the summer time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Wonderful property!
Our group meets in Vegas once or twice a year and have been doing so for nearly 40 years. This VRBO checked all the boxes for us. Spacious inside and out, clean and several amenities. The location is ideal to get to many places in the Vegas area. Bing is a wonderful host and we hope we can enjoy this home again.

Great house layout and location
We did a 4 day guys weekend for a friends 50th birthday. With 4 guys this place was perfect. Each had a room, we took ubers into the strip and Freemont street. Made our own breakfast and a short walk to a liquore store and local restaurants for lower cost food and drink in a safe neighborhood. Showers and beds were great, pool table was well-used as was the kitchen.

We had a great experience for a retirement party.
The house was perfect for our group. We sat out at the pool every day. Loved the pool table and basketball. We did spend quite a bit in Ubers back and forth but well worth it to all be together instead of separate hotel rooms! We would definitely rent it again!

Spacious and convenient
Nice location and easy to grab food near by via restaurant and grocery. Strip was really close and neighborhood was peaceful. The house was spacious (we had 6 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room to spread out. The game room and outside space was a nice add on. I gave 5 stars because everything was great and we had a really good time. The owner was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. If I had to find one thing, it would be a recommendation to add some blackout curtains because the 6am sun was a lot to take in every morning. Thanks!!

Great Location- Very nice outdoor space
We rented this house for a family gathering with kids and grandkids. The house met our needs very well. The outdoor space with pool, grill and table for six outside was great! The pool was very clean but did need some tile/paint repair. Enjoyed having five lounge chairs. Pool area was quiet in the mornings and evenings and a great place for family to spend time together. Next to busy street that is completely blocked by a wall and this was not an issue for us. We enjoyed seeing the planes fly over property. A little suprised that en suite with largest bathroom had two queen beds but this ended up working very well for our group. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

The house was very spacious and nice. But the pool was dirty it seemed it wasn’t cleaned in days. The pool was green and had algae all over. Messaged the owner about issue he send the housekeeper to check and couldn’t do anything about it. That pool needed a whole clean up service with scrubbing and chemical. The only reason I know and was lucky to have our friend with us who is a pool builder and knows everything about it. The owner then send “pool service” and they didn’t clean it good enough it needed more scrubbing. That was the main reason I reserved this house. It’s August and in Vegas it’s super hot. Hello!! Anyways long story short my friend had to buy some chemicals and finish up cleaning the pool. We lost one day of the pool. Very disappointed ☹️ we had children who were waiting for the pool. I was lucky to have my friend who knew about pools. What if it was someone who had no idea of what a pool needs.

So reasonable for all that you get! Sleeps ten adults comfortably as well as plenty of room to hangout inside & outside. Very close to the strip, but also very close to stores, restaurants and a liquor store completely off the strip! Host responds promptly to any message sent and fixed an issues within hours! Pool could use a deep cleaning but worked well for our weekend get away. House is fully stocked with towels, linens, cleaning products, coffee and water! Overall, a nice stay for a friends getaway or could definitely see a big family gathering.

Overall a good experience. The only noted issues would be that the dryer seemed to have a bearing going out which we reported, and the waterfall faucets in the master bath don't fit the sinks. If you turn on more than a dribble you will get water splattered everywhere. The house was very nice and there was plenty of coffee, water, and paper products on site. Don't expect to hear anything from the host until an hour or two prior to check in.

Overall, this is a good location. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The last day the air conditioning was not appropriately cooling and property manager really tried to ensure we were comfortable with the repairs or reparations for the inconvenience. I would definitely re-book this location. It is very conveniently located need the strip and various stores which made it a very easy trip to pickup supplies. It was very clean with a lot of the comforts of home.

Great vacation
This property was great for our group. We had 3 families and loved having our own pool. The house has the perfect setup for everyone. The water, coffee and extras were so thoughtful. The owner was responsive and helpful. We just couldn’t find one of the remotes and the hot tub wasn’t very “bubbly” we didn’t feel like the jets were working properly. But we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

I had a great experience, just one minor thing is that the hot tub does not get hot. It stays the same temperature as the pool. It would have been nice to enjoy since it was 50 degrees out when we stayed here. Other than that it was very well maintained and very spacious. Cleaning supplies are labeled and easy to locate. Also there is a liquor store and some food options less than a block away. It was also a very inexpensive Uber to get to the strip.

Great Place! Would Recommend!
Had a family group ranging from 2 yrs to 70 yrs and the house was perfect! Everyone had a great time! House was fully stocked with all essential items and then some. Appreciated the hassle free check in and free cold water in the fridge! Was difficult to have all members of our group comfortable with the temp of the house (lower level was a bit cooler than the upper of course) but extra blankets were available if needed. Grocery store near by and close to the strip. Will definitely be staying again!

Winter in Vegas, this property was perfect for our group of 10 very spacious and comfortable. Clean and full of amenities from bottled water to shampoo and conditioner. The heated pool was nice in the cold weather, I wish the jacuzzi was hotter but all in all it was a great stay.

What's not in a picture...
First of all, "did I enjoy my stay?" yes. The location is good for fast access to the Las Vegas Convention Center believe it or not. The neighbor is a little sketchy and not on the nice side of Vegas but it was OK. The issues I had with the property were cleanliness and some remodeling. I travel a lot and when I when to put my clothes in the dresser I realized the drawers were not clean. I just left my clothes in my suitcase. The bathrooms: The sinks all had heavy mineral build up on the faucets and and needed deep cleaning. I saw hair in the drawers in the bathroom. The floor mats in the bathroom had not been washed in awhile. (They were as dirty as what you would expect of outside welcome mats.) Of course cleaning is quick and easy to fix, if you get a good commercial company in there to do it or get serious about it yourself. The longer term things have to do with the pool and windows. The house backs up to a major thoroughfare, Twain Ave. Because these are older single pane windows you hear the traffic constantly...and the party next door until past midnight! The pool, upon close inspection, had broken concrete and tile work. None of my group felt like jumping in. Also we could not find the controls for the hot tub. (Speaking of the pool, it is in full view of the cameras on the property so there are others watching when you are in the pool. Be careful.) The furniture is worn. You can't tell from the picture but you can when you are there. The big dehumidifier/humidifier or whatever that industrial looking fan thing is in the pool table/rec area belonged in a garage or shop, not in a home. Kitchen was OK however the HVAC did not work well downstairs...at all. Glad we stayed during the fall. Overall, I would not stay again but it wasn't a total loss. We were OK. Keep looking...

I always get worried about bookings. This house was just as nice as its pictures. I had a group of 12 and we were all very comfortable and it was an awesome backyard to catch some sun and enjoy everyone's company. Location was very close to the strip and very convenient. Quick, cheap Uber rides to and from. Had all the amenities that we needed. I would recommend this home.

Worth it!
Great location and amenities! Pool was great, hot tub is more of a sitting pool- same temp. Pool table, darts and basketball kept everyone happily entertained while at the home. Easy check in. Uber usually under $10. To strip one way. There were some gross old flip flops left by pool but otherwise place was clean and extras clearly labeled. (Towels, garbage bags, bedding, etc.) checkout did say 11 but owner there at 10 sharp. No biggie we were ready. Being able to to get away from strip madness made this place well worth it and great meat market a block away in same strip with liquor store. They had awesome fresh pastries.

Nice convenient Vegas spot
Loved our stay. Very nice, clean house. Close to the strip, downtown and with grocery and liquor store nearby. My only complaints would be that we had a hard time getting the hot tub hot enough and the kitchen could use some supplies (they had the essentials though). I definitely plan to stay again.
