Easy to get to from highway. Room was comfortable and clean. The only annoying thing was that the elevator was out of order and there wasn't an option to switch to a first story room so we had to drag all our luggage upstairs.

The room door that i was in did not close. The locks were broken i stepped out for a few hours and when i came back the room door was open. Check out is at 11 and before 10 AM you can hear the room service people screaming down the hallway and opening your room door. Horrible experience i just got home but i have to go through my stuff to see if i have anything missing so i can file a police report.

Two day stay at the La Quinta; not bad at all. Not terrific. The place was clean as a whistle. The staff was terrific. The area felt a little sketchy but all in all a pleasant stay. The breakfast was OK. I'd stay there again.

Room was fine, but there were extremely loud guests over our room that woke us up multiple times, including at 1:30am. We tried to call the front desk but the room phone was non functional, and I tried to call the front office from my cell to ask for assistance but no one answered. We wouldn't have had an issue if it had been quieter, but it was difficult to ignore. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Overall clean and comfortable, but unable to ask for help with very loud guests.

Comfort great amenities could be better
Check in and out was easy. Good location, close to everything. Room was good and comfortable, maintenance could have been better. Bathroom sink cracked and shower curtain rod end brack covers not placed and secure. Indoor pool looks nice but you would think winter that it would be heated for use. Breakfast good. Can't add photos this system will not let me.

The room I was given heat did not work! My room was switched then I couldn’t get in with my key card…. My third time to the desk was just aggregating and now my account is being charged $165 instead of the original $119 when I booked online smh . I don’t understand why they charged my account more than I agreed to and then on top of it the inconvenience of no heat, and Channing rooms three times before I was finally able to relax. I just upset and want to be accommodated!! This is not my first stay with this hotel either!!

Worst check in experience ever! Took 17 minutes of waiting in the lobby while the clerk checked in the party before us. A lot of staring st the computer screen and tapping her. Not even an apology or excuse for the wait. Scary and poorly lit parking area. Advice- look elsewhere.

Hotel was very nice: clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some fixing up. If I didn't have reservations I would have never chosen it based on the outside.

The "double" beds were no size I have ever seen before, maybe 45" wide, which is too small for 2 people. The telephone in the room did not work, even to call the front desk. I heard several other guests complain about the same thing. The pool is an oversized bathtub, there is no swimming, one could get wet. The gym has some dumbbells, a weight machine that is broken and unusable. The place had one luggage carrier (someone else was using it). When we left through the rear entrance for dinner staff was sitting outside smoking pot. Same thing when we came back and then again this morning. I would never stay here again and I would warn perfect strangers away from this place. There are more issues, but that's the bottom line: don't stay here.
