'Generally substandard ... didn't have hot water for 4 days, faucets worked poorly, water park was shutdown, noisy in the hallways, some if the front desk had little ambition to help.'

'Hotel Tano is a favorite in Guam! We keep returning for the helpful staff, fantastic location, and overall environment. Very relaxing but close to all of the excitement. Convenient to lots of restaurant and shopping options. Very walkable area.'

'Everything i touched in the room felt wet even the bed sheets and blanket. The shower was supper small. For $225 i got the view of the parking lot from my room and when i added 1 more day it cost me $258. No bottled water in the room, you had to go to the coffee shop and pay $2-$4 for water. Breakfast for 1 person $38. It looked like you went back in time when you got to your room. I will never go back.'

'Parking was extremely limited due to upper level renovation and repairs. Outdoor parking was sufficient but not paved. Recommend the establishment pave the outdoor parking area.'

'Weekend stay was impressive for providing family fun on many levels. We had three rooms. The various pools were well maintained with life guards. The pirate show was great entertainment for all. It exceeded expectations. The food was average at the show, but portions large. The grounds were well maintained with many flame trees and other flowering plants in bloom. Water features were everywhere and blended into the overall island atmosphere. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked...

'The hotel was beautiful even if a bit rundown especially the hallway carpets. The staff was good and friendly. The WiFi was not good very weak and they do have smart TVs but not connected to the internet and your unable to use your Roku or iTV to stream shows. Also disappointed no room service. The beach was beautiful and the pool was good. Location was good very short walk to the shops and restaurants. Because of the WiFi would not stay again. I can recommend Lotte Hotel they had good WiFi in...

'スタッフさん皆さん優しくてとても良かったですし、ホテル自体も綺麗でした。ただ、プールのみ残念な点が2つありました。1つ目は枯葉‬などが落ちていて少し汚い。2つ目はウォータースライダーの水の流れが弱く進まないところです。 全体的には良いホテルでした！'

'The staff and workers were great and very helpful. The air conditioning system was very good and the tv was working. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clean(birth room and shower)the bedding was trash. The room needs to be aired as it was so stuffy and damp. Parking was also great'

'The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances.'

'Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...
