It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers. 'We had the attic room and it's very spacious. The bedroom has a huge bed that is not too soft and we slept like the dead. Dual aspect with sky lights. Fan and extra soft cuddly blankets if needed. Hairdryer, ironing board, iron and microwave. However, the fridge was the reason I booked. A seating area where you can chill without a TV on and a small book shelf with a wide variety of books. 'The room was great, the staff very friendly but what was outstanding was the food, what a surprise it was, pub food is normally quite boring in my opinion but this was anything but.
