Wij verwelkomen u graag in onze eersteklas West Maui Villa om uw wensen voor een sensationele Maui vakantie vast te leggen! Pacific View ligt in het majestueuze West Maui-gebergte. Het West Maui Mountains is een groot groot aantal weelderige valleien en steile kliffen met zeer weinig paden om te voet te verkennen. Dit 5 hectare grote landgoed is uniek gelegen om de majestueuze schoonheid te vangen en toch slechts een korte rit naar het hart van Lahaina-stad!
Pacific View is een gesloten villa met een royaal woonoppervlak van 4000 vierkante meter en een cottage van ruim 100 vierkante meter. Ga door de hoofdingang en onmiddellijk zal de rust van dit uitgestrekte landgoed adembenemend worden, aangezien de fascinerende uitzicht op de oceaan in elke aangewezen kamer wordt gezien. De slimme inrichting biedt een royale en open woonkamer met pluche zitplaatsen voor allerlei gelegenheden. De goed ingerichte en toegankelijke keuken biedt u alle benodigdheden om uw visie op een eilandgerecht te creëren.

Dit privéhuis bestaat uit 4 slaapkamers en 3. 5 baden, het huisje is 2 slaapkamers en
1 badkamer met een complete keuken en 2 sets wasmachines en drogers. De zuidvleugel van het hoofdgebouw is de onmiskenbare master suite en een eigen badkamer. De primaire gast zal genieten van het weelderige kingsize bed, de aanzienlijke ruimte en aantrekkelijke voorzieningen. Het eigen badkamer heeft een jacuzzi, binnen- en buitendouche, dubbele wastafel en aparte waterkast. De ruime hoofdkast heeft een ingebouwde kaptafel en spiegel. De overige suites / slaapkamers bevinden zich in de noordvleugel. Hier vindt u elk uniek ontworpen voor alle soorten groepen. De tweede suite heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer. De derde suite bestaat uit een kingsize bed en een eigen douche. De vierde slaapkamer bestaat uit een queensize bed en een stapelbed (bovenkant: dubbele bodem: dubbel).

Perfect voor gezinnen, comfortabel slapen, 8 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. In overeenstemming met de Short Term Rental Permit is maximaal toegestane gast 12 geen uitzonderingen.

Het huisje biedt ruim plaats aan 4 volwassenen.
De magnetiserende buitenruimte en functies zullen zeker de locatie zijn van het creëren van enkele van uw kostbare herinneringen aan Maui!
Zo, geen kenmerk over het hoofd gezien! Hier vindt u een ingebouwde BBQ, vaatwasser, magnetron, drank koelkast, gootsteen met vuilophaal en aangenaam buiten dineren en loungen meubels. Uw aanzienlijke zwembad en spa is gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw overdekte eetgedeelte. Dit stelt elk lid in staat om te genieten in hun gewenste vrije tijd, of het nu een privé moment of een groepsgerief is.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

Our family of 11 (ages 8-81) thoroughly enjoyed this property…AMAZING views of Lanai, the ocean and the mountains; enough space for everyone to gather inside/outside or spread out as needed; family with younger children found the ohana perfect; kitchen has a multitude of appliances, dishes, seasonings, etc. Such a blessing to enjoy Maui while staying at this property! Milestone trip

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Maui! This house was the perfect spot for the 11 of us. Jodie and Eric are easy to work with and responsive to questions. The pool, the covered porch, the view, the sprawling property. It is just gorgeous. So much attention to detail in the house and for the comfort of the guests. This house made our trip spectacular! No words can describe how beautiful this place was.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and family here and it was such a magical time. The property is breathtaking and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Died and gone to heaven?

This is an exceptional property. This home is beautiful and comfortable, including the 2 bedroom Ohana. It’s a very short drive to Lahaina town. The interior is gorgeous with high end furnishings. Everybody (all 12 of us) said the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the kitchen which was well stocked to feed all of us, including the many spices and accessories. Drawers and cupboards were labeled, which was a huge help. Our family gathered everyday on the lanai with its ample seating with drop down sunscreens when needed. The outdoor kitchenette/BBQ is fully equipped. The pool was exceptional and clean. You’ll feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven with the view from the spa. Don’t forget to pay a little extra and have the pool heated during your stay. There is so much more to mention, even beach supplies, but you should just see for yourself. This surely was one of the finest vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We hope to come back soon.

Sunsets

It was hard to comprehend when some reviews said the photos don't do the property justice, considering how beautiful the pictures looked, but it's 100% the truth. Both sets of adults had been to Maui before and stayed on the beach and wanted something safer for the kids. This property completely exceeded our expectations. Best view of sunsets ever. You feel like you have the island to yourselves because you can't see neighbors from the lanai/pool hardly at all. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved how much space there was. The house was the highlight of the trip and that's saying alot when you're in paradise. As my friend said, there's only 2 seasons in life.....Maui and planning on returning to Maui. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely incredible stay in Maui with extended family

The house is outstanding and the outdoor space, the pool and the views are spectacular! We will remember our time at Pacific View Estates forever which is awesome since this was a joint family trip to celebrate two college graduates. Jodie and Eric were outstanding through booking, planning, check-in, during our stay and departure! They made us all feel welcomed and secure knowing that we could call on them at any time. We have made many trips to Maui and all of them have been great, but this one was really something special becasue of this house in this location.

Fantastic Family Vacation

What a fantastic stay we had at the Pacific View Estate. When we walked through the front door, we all said, “this is even better than the pictures”. The view from the main living area out to the lanai, on to the pool and finally the ocean view over Lahaina were magnificent. The humungous kitchen was a delight to work in. There were more appliances and gadgets that we could have imagined. Somebody thought of everything! All our family (ten of us) commented how comfortable the beds were and how quiet. The pool became the focal point for the family with swimming, basketball, and relaxation. We discovered several new vocal stars in our family thanks to the Karaoke machine. What a blast! It was truly a most memorable family vacation thanks to Eric and Jodie running such a great property. Our kids and grandkids said we should just buy the property. I think we will settle for a future trip.

This home was perfect for our 3-generation family trip. The setting is peaceful and the view is outstanding. We were traveling with five kids aged 6 and under, and the big yard, great pool, and fruit trees kept them entertained. The living space was perfect -- the house was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Probably our best home rental ever, we loved our entire stay!

Regarding location; easy 10 minutes into town and can get to most spots on the island very easy. The house, where do I begin. Could you stay on the property for your entire stay? Yes. All the beds were high quality, extremely clean and well taken care of, all items you will need including over 20 beach towels (who has that many?), the view and light breezes all day long,... However what was extra wonderful was that you can have a large group here and still have a place to "get away" from everyone. We hope to come back.

Gorgeous Property!

This was an amazing vacation home; it has every amenity you could ever need. We spent a majority of our time outside on the patio and by the pool. The views are simply spectacular... we would see whales occasionally in the distance. We were a family of 7 so we had plenty of room and then some ... didn't even need to really use the darling guest house. The kitchen is gourmet with every appliance and tool you could possibly want. The kids had a ton of fun playing in the pool, in the yard, using the karaoke machine, while the adults were in heaven with a drink watching the stunning sunsets. Super close to Lahaina for a quick trip into town. Our property manager was great too... very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

2 Week Extended Family Getaway
