'Room Design weird. Huge television stand between foot of bed and desk/seating area. Very difficult to get to far side of bed and could watch tv only from bed.
Check in on second floor with no bell hop to assist.

'Remote didn’t work and had to get front desk to replace batteries , room could have been cleaner but they are so focused on charging $15 per car for an overnight stay . Never again .'

'Hotel ligt bij een drukke kruising en is wat moeilijk te bereiken. Maar als dit bekend is geen probleem. Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top.
Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig. Er staat altijd koffie en thee klaar.
Mogelijkheid even in lounge te zitten om bij te komen. Bij ons was het erg warm en de airco die werkte goed.
Als we nogmaals in DC komen, verblijven we hier zeker weer.'

'I have been trying to connect with someone at this property about my experience. The GM Jasmine hasn’t responded. The customer service representatives are providing mixed information. During my stay there were lady bugs and flies in the room and living around, both tv’s blanked out so I wasn’t able to enjoy and relax, the refrigerator went out causing all my food to go bad, the sink stopped up, and the maintenance/front desk did not tend to any of my request whether I called from the room or...
