'Staff was nice to refund us for two nights but would not for the first night we checked in even though the room was disgusting. The property was not clean. The room had dirty sheets and towels. Nothing looked wiped down and had hair and dirt on it. The bed springs were broken and the fridge was broken and leaking.'

'The bedsheets had stain on them . I got the room changed . And then even the other room has hair on the bedsheets. The mini fridge was not working . The staff was friendly though. It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available'

'The room was clean and smelled like cleaning solution when I first entered. However, I’m not certain the sheets were clean because there were red lipstick stains on them. The towels were replaced everyday that I was there. The walls were thin cause I could hear my right and left neighbours and the heavy footed guests upstairs.'

'They served tater tots and cut up hot dogs for breakfast. We had a dog and they put us on the 3rd floor so she couldn't go outside easily to potty. And they charged $12 for parking and $75 for having a dog. It was not what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet also.'

'the rooms were very nice and spacious for the 3 of us. staff was very helpful when we had issues with the wifi (not their fault). i would recommend hotel does have a hair dryer for guests and possibly a pot and a pan for the suite rooms so guests can save a little money and cook at home. hotel has the stove top, so should be more accessible for travelers who are booking their for vacations'
