Getting Around:

Guests can easily walk to all the shops and attractions in Lava Hot Springs.



Other Things to Note:

• This home has a firm maximum occupancy of 20 guests.

• Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Portable air conditioning cools the main-floor and upstairs bedrooms; the basement has no A/C but stays cool on its own — we're happy to share passive-cooling tips.

• The outdoor fire pit is wood-burning and may be unavailable when fire restrictions are in place.

• Exterior cameras are located on the front and back of the house, covering the front yard and back yard only. We respect and prioritize guest privacy.
