Basic hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided. No linens(bed sheets) are provided. 4 Family Beach badges provided, additional Rental weekly Beach badges can be obtained at the baseball field stand behind the library, as owners are not allowed or encouraged to provide badges per the town. Renovated home cleaned weekly the whole house; 6x bedrooms and 3x bathroom. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for usage. All 10 beds have comforters, a slip mattress protector, and pillows.
2200 square foot renovated house with new Air conditioning, flooring, windows, roof, siding, appliances, outdoor shower. 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms: 2 bedrooms on first floor and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor, new fireplace, and a additional pull out couch sofa full bed(11th) in living room. Upstairs a new small green ottoman pull/fold down(12th) in mermaid room, new 3x couches in living rooms, and a new gray small chair pull/fold down rollaway(13th) in pirate room.

Upgraded Utilities: Brand new Washer, Dryer, new Refrigerator, and new oven in Kitchen, new microwave, new HVAC with condenser and furnace, new roof, new windows, new ceiling fans/recess lights, new grill, new outdoor shower, and new light fixtures(w/new electrical panel), and new outdoor shower and plumbing all done by licensed contractors.
