'Booked Ika Apartments end Oct / start Nov as still operating despite winter season. Easy to book via Expedia. Chose the Two Bed Top Floor Unit as there were 4 of us so great for families of 3 or 4 people. Location in Borik is great. Midway to ZadarOld Town and to Diklo. Good views of Marina and also to Old Town. Check easy as host WhatsApp us with Check In Process for codes so the fact we arrived after midnight was no issue. Parking either side of unit was easy. Huge Pool with Loungers. As off...

'The staff was wonderful and super friendly. This apartment was everything we needed. Super clean and perfect. Location was excellent. The view was awesome. With big balcony doors. Perfect little table with two chairs. Perfect for a couple. Swimming right out front, pool was amazing, and restaurant was very very good. Walking distance to old town. Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.'

'Prima zwembad om af te koelen. Ontzettend gastvrij, we voelden ons erg welkom. '

'The pool was great! Very good if you are travelling with kids. The apartment was ok. Main issue was that the air conditioning only cooled the living/kitchen and struggled to reach the main bedroom and even the mezzanine level. And the little deck had two air con units on it and was a bit run down. Staff were lovely and efficient.'

'Een zeer mooie ligging, luxe accomodatie, vriendelijk ontvangst. Een aanrader voor wie het mooie Zadar wenst te ontdekken.'

'Excellent stay, highly recommend. Great facilities and price is great for what you get. Only one suggestion would be to have a dedicated pickup key/drop-off key station. Other than that 10/10 place!'

'Do not stay here. I booked a room paid $511 because I needed a place to spending the night, I showed up at 9pm they told me they don’t have room available for me, next day they charged me for room anyway. Customer service was horrible. Still working with Expedia to get my money back. '

'Apartment Jadran is located in the center of Zadar, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops of all types. The apartment is well appointed, extremely clean, with a washing machine, refrigerator and and microwave available for guests. The bathroom is large, tiled, with a jacuzzi, bidet and good sized shower separate from each other. There are plates, silverware and glasses on the kitchen, and tvs in each bedroom, and a large screen TV in the living area. It is air conditioned as well. Being on...

'The apartment was in an excellent location and was clean and well presented. However we did have a few negatives. The details say there is luggage storage but the host was quite unhelpful re this and though we requested to drop our bags off without wanting to get into the apartment the best they could come up with was an external paid luggage storage facility which we had no choice but to book. Late in the evening the day before we travelled at 6am they then said the apartment would be...

'Great room right in the middle of the Old Town.'

'Room was clean. No personal contact with property manager or owner. Just electronic instructions. Wifi was terrible. Slow and several disconnects. '

'LIKED The location was excellent DISLIKED The bed was very uncomfortable (Sleeping on springs), The hot water tap on the bathroom sink was not functional until they finally came and fixed it on the 3rd day. We asked for an extra pillow but they said did not have any. No shampoo was provided in the shower. OVERALL I give this place a score of 2 !'

'Superb location and gorgeous unit. Right in the heart of old town, yet the place is quiet due to good window insulation. Modern and chic and newly renovated. Beautiful interior design and color schemes. Couch facing TV is a comfortable hangout area for drinks and breakfast. Extra sink is a plus. Good storage spaces throughout. Love all the amenities. Host Inga is incredible! Detailed instructions and welcome details with lots of tips and recommendations. We do have to climb 3 flights of stairs...

'Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage sehr gut in Zadar. Die Tips, die wir bekommen haben, haben uns zu gutem Essen und schönen Ausflügen geführt. Alles super, gerne wieder, vielen Dank'

'We loved not only the property, but also the town. Sukošan was walkable with so many great food options. The host was helpful.'
