Access to the house is via stairs leading to the terrace or through the garage where you will find storage spaces for bicycles, ski equipment.... You can park your vehicles on the side of the road in front of the accommodation.

The first habitable level will offer you a leisure space with billiards, darts, bar corner, children's playroom, an XXL laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (8kg).

The second habitable level consists of a magnificent and very welcoming dining room open to the fitted kitchen (2 refrigerators including one with a freezer, SENSEO and NESPRESSO coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, raclette and fondue appliance, toaster, kettle,...). A functional fireplace with wood and lighting material adds character to this room.

A lounge area will then allow you to relax with its sofas, maxi format television and bar corner.

Finally, on this level you will find an independent WC and a first bedroom (the blue run) with a double bed in 160x200, its private bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath and a decoration in the absolute 'wellness' spirit.

Access to the terrace is on this level, you can also reach the garden behind the house or go for a walk along the watercourse which is just a stone's throw away.

To finish, the last level of this superb rental offers 4 superb bedrooms each with their own bathroom with private shower.
