I like that the room was very big with a fridge and microwave. For some reason the room had a slight ant problem. And the tub had a patched hole. Other than that for the price, right off the highway, easy simple parking, it served it's purpose well.

My daughter and i drove from Minnesota to Lawrence Kansas for only a one night stay. When we arrived the girl at the front desk was busy (which wasnt the issue). I asked to use the restroom while waiting for her to finish and that was apparently not in working order. There was also no microwave (as advertised) and no remote in the room. Bedding also seemed as if it wasnt changed. We vacated the hotel and went to another. I asked for a refund which I think is understandable and a valid request. I will never return.

We stayed for one night while traveling and saw over a dozen roaches crawling around our room and bathroom floors. This was probably due to the fact that there was left over food on the floor in multiple places, including a whole Dorito chip laying next to the bed. To top things off, two of our towels looked like they were dragged through dirt. Absolutely awful experience. I don’t expect luxury from a Motel 6 but I should at least have a clean and bug free room and clean linens.

Very nice hotel for a budget place. Price a little high, but that’s what you can expect on a football weekend. The entrance is hard to find until you finally see the sign in front of Burger King.

The extra fee was not disclosed up front when I made the reservation. That was very upsetting. Also the tv in my first room didn’t work, they moved me to another room and then I had to ask for a microwave which Ashley did bring me. Ashley was very helpful and friendly! Then when I went to take a shower the shower didn’t work. Overall not a good experience. I thank Ashley for trying to help.

This place is gross. The bathroom needed to be cleaned, and the tub water was almost to my knees when I braved my way through a shower in it. There was no refrigerator, and I got a head nod when I mentioned that. I reserved a smoking room, which they gave away, and then had to pay a $75 deposit to stay in a non smoking room. The place is disgusting and the staff are rude and worthless

This hotel was very bad when I walked in I asked to use the restroom and it was broken I got to my room and found the cable didn't work then at 11pm I picked up the phone to call the desk and found my phone didn't work so at midnight I got up and dressed so I could go to the front desk and and ask them to stop the cattle drive going on above my room

Maybe okay if you smoke, drink, and have pets?
They checked us into a room that was occupied. Then moved us to another room that had just been painted and had paint fumes. The other guests didn't sleep. Doors were slamming all night. Our pillow cases had hard stains. Cigarette butts and ashes were everywhere. Beer bottles with cigarette butts littered the parking lot. The staff were friendly but distressed.

Disgusted and disappointed
The audacity to assign rooms to guest in parts of the hotel where conditions are well below standard. Needing a convenient stay shouldn't mean offering the worst available and passing it off as acceptable. I'm extremely disappointed. And the amenities listed were not all priced.

Room as dirty. Blankets had holes in them. People living in the hotel were blaring drums and guitar at 6am. Bugs in toilet and had not been flushed. No batteries in TV remote.

Pros: price, nice workers, pet friendly Cons: DIRTY. Killed 7 cockroaches plus other bugs and the carpeted floors need a major disinfecting.
