Great getaway
We stayed for 3 nights and it was super relaxing. All neighbors were cool, place is on a cul-de-sac, really quiet. The place is fully furnished you don’t need anything except a quick trip to publix for food.

We rented this property for a wedding wknd (3 adults). Home is cozy and fit us fine but would be too small for over 4 people. Arrived late Friday nt and lights were on for us. House was clean with ample towels….I would suggest thick comforters for cold weather. We were not there much and did not cook any. We were pleased with location and overall would recommend this property.

Small but clean
The house was very clean and cutely decorated. The location was quiet on a culdesac. The only negatives I would list are all minor. The bathrooms were lacking in space and countertops for belongings. Just need some hooks and maybe a shelving unit over the commode. Would have liked a tv in the master too but that wasn’t anything bad just personal preference.

Very good house with one issue.
The home is very pretty and well maintained. It has 3 lovely well sized bedrooms and modern bathrooms and kitchen that fit our needs perfectly. The house had a bit of a musty odor and on our second to last night there was no hot water on the property. I reached out to the owner and was told it had never been a problem before. To the best of my knowledge nothing was done as we did not have hot water for the rest of our stay.

Family graduation get away
We enjoyed our stay. The property was well kept, clean and just as pictured. The home made for a relaxing retreat after traveling 9 hours, and was equally as welcoming when our adult children came to visit for dinner. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood and the hostess was super accommodating. We have already recommended the location to friends.

The property is a cute home that they have remodeled. It was in a quite neighborhood. They are still remodeling and need a few more things added. An example towel hooks in both bathrooms. For our family the beds were to hard. Overall the property was clean and beautifully decorated.

Bridal Party Retreat
Me and my bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding at Lanier Islands Resort and were able to get our hair and makeup done the next morning. The house was just as described and accommodated us perfectly. It was a great backdrop for our getting ready pictures with the photographer and videographer as well. We had a great stay and I would recommend to others interested in a home in the area.

Home away from home
Our party of five family members really enjoyed staying at this property. Our ages ranged from 56 to 85. It felt like "home". The interior of the home was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, businesses, etc. were all within a reasonable driving distance. The property owner was a real pleasure to work with. Before and during our rental, she was always available to answer any questions we might have. If we ever have the opportunity to return to this area again, we would not hesitate to stay at this property.

Girlfriends Getaway
Monika's house was the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to get together before a wedding in Buford! The renovations gave the place a modern, trendy feel. Beds and towels were hotel quality and the closets were spacious. Would recommend for any group staying near the mall of Georgia!

AC stop working in 85 degree weather.
The AC stop working for a full day. The temperature outside was 85 degrees. At first, I thought the home was hot because we were cooking breakfast. It’s an older home that has only been remodeled on the inside. Around 12:30pm, I contacted the owner about the AC not working. She came and changed the AC filter, but the AC still wasn’t working. She contacted an AC technician that fixed the AC at 7:33pm that night. It took an hour and 30 minutes before the home was cool again after the AC tech left.. During that day, my family and I had left the home because it was to hot inside. Unbearable. So, for a full day we couldn’t occupy the home because the heat inside was over 80 degrees. I contacted the owner to see if we could be refunded for that day. She said, she could only give a $40 discount because she has to pay for the AC bill. She said, she did her part by getting the AC fixed the same day. The owner kept our money and we could not occupy the unit. No AC in Georgia in May, is not a comfortable stay. Monika is not a nice person. If it had happened to her, she would have wanted her money back too..
