If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
