'We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the space and appreciated Vittorio for upgrading our room to a balcony with a lake view, providing helpful recommendations, and going out of his way to help us secure transportation quickly so we could make it to our train. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the room was bright and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to others!'
'Absolutely appalling customer service – missing items completely ignored
Our experience with this hotel has been utterly unacceptable. Items went missing from our hotel room, and we reported the matter to reception as soon as we realised they were missing. Despite bringing this to their attention immediately, absolutely nothing meaningful was done.

'Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up.
Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...
'Really enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the ferry stop. It was very confusing to find the building as the end is hidden and is accessed via a narrow hallway and the hotel reception is on the second floor of the building. However breakfast at the restaurant below is lovely and the staff were great. The room overlooking the square are so picturesque but this is a very busy location above a popular ice...
'I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...
