The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has been completely refurnished with particular attention to detail. It features an elegant and bright living area with views of the garden and the equipped terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster.

Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, small bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with window with shower cabin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and sink. Small garden at the back of the house. Satellite television, wifi and air conditioning or heating available to guests. The communal swimming pool (opening guaranteed 01/05-30/09) has a children's area.

Parking space in the car park in front of the residential complex. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, in whose name and on whose behalf Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, courtesy kit, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
