'Prachtige boomhutten, mooi, schoon en ruim. Helaas hadden wij tijdens ons bezoek last van ongedierte in/op het dak waardoor wij weinig nachtrust hebben gehad. Gelukkig maakte het prachtige uitzicht en het hoge comfort een hoop goed.
Personeel is behulpzaam, maar helaas zijn wij niet opgehaald bij aankomst van de ferry ondanks dat wij dit wel tijdig hadden doorgegeven. Gelukkig wel netjes op tijd weggebracht bij vertrek.'

The tours they offer are good the people running them are very down to earth.
There’s two cute dogs at the reception and they have electrolytes in the room that I found a nice caring touch.

Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.

'Upon check-in the staff was extremely unhelpful. They apparently have reservations issues and even though I had a copy of my confirmation, they still couldn't check me in. It took them an hour to resolve the issue. Then I was given a room that was under construction and had no TV, even though my booking showed a TV. I asked several times for a TV with no luck. They even made me show them my booking again to prove there was supposed to be a TV.
