Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent in Le Barcarès, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a terrace of around 30 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a sofa, TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A utility room
- Separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and a balcony
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190), TV
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A fenced-in terrace of approximately 30m² with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared (heated) swimming pool, open from June to September. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.

The flat is ideally situated in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Perpignan station, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, approximately 23 minutes’ drive away

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to weather conditions.
