Quiet house close to the beach and the village

In a quiet area, surrounded by an enclosed garden, the house with a surface area of 120m2 is well suited for a family with children. <br>On the first floor, the entrance hall distributes the dining room with open kitchen, the living room and a bedroom (with bathroom and separate toilet) which can be isolated by a door offering a guarantee of independence for couples of friends. The dining room and the living room open onto the south-facing terrace and garden.<br>Upstairs, the shower room and separate toilet are shared by the two bedrooms.<br>The garage, with access through the kitchen, has the washing machine, a sink and storage for garden furniture, barbecue and various objects.<br>The customs path (GR 34) offers superb hikes along the coast and up to the Pointe Saint Mathieu. The beach of Bilou, 400m away, is family-friendly, the nearby town is accessible by a path. At the pier of the port of Le Conquet, you can embark for the islands.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE<br>* The instructions for use of the equipment and useful addresses are in the white binder.<br>* Bed linen and towels are optional and can be provided at an additional cost on arrival (9€ per bed and 6€ per person for towels: a bath towel, a towel and a glove). They will be paid to the concierge on arrival, when the keys are handed over.<br>* Containers for waste must be taken out on the street on Sunday evening for collection on Marine Monday. So thank you for being kind enough to take out your predecessor's container<br>* The house must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. <br>* Some of the activities presented are located 15 minutes away by car
