'uitstekende service en accommodatie
minpunten zijn het ontbijt : 2 formules - onze gewoontes bij 5 sterren is all in - confituur en croissant is typisch frans ( formule 17€) - maar een beetje pauper in een 5 sterren. de pannenkoeken bij de duurdere formule niet geslaagd noch de crêpes noch de pancakes.. keuken is niet voorzien op uitgebreide ontbijtformule
ook diner in restaurant op 1 avond was tegenvaller : witlof nietgenoeg gebakken en coquilles st jacques teveel - keuken is blijkbaar niet...

'Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us.
It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. Nice afternoon tea/cakes at an extra cost (~12 euros pp).
Views from the rooms and the dining area were unbelievable.

The spa and hot tub or outdoors, and provided a wonderful view of Mont Blanc.
There is a high-end restaurant with a well esteemed chef on staff. We did not have a meal, however we have heard that it is very good.'

'Great hotel. nice rooms, quiet and clean. Fridge, coffee, tea, bottles of water and a microwave at the disposal of the client. As there is a Super U store, with a large choice of excellent microwave meals, at walking distance, our holiday became very economical. Very friendly staff. We will return to this hotel, for sure.'

Great and friendly staff. Great location for skiing, great restaurant & breakfast. Even if its on the slopes you can easily get to the shops and restaurants with complimentary shuttle (cool) or by foot. Facilities avail such as ski room, luggage, ski boot dryer. Did not visit the spa but im sure it has the same quality as the rest of the hotel. Great cleaning of the room also. Happy with the stay and will come back.'

'The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean.
Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it.'

'Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style.'

'Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le spa est très sympathique et complet, avec des horaires d'ouverture de 7h à 22h30, ce qui est fortement appréciable. Le massage était superbe. Cependant, le prix du buffet de desserts à 24 € nous semble excessif lorsque l'on prend juste une petite douceur sucrée.
Idem pour le repas au kids club à 32€ pour un croc mr... '

'What a great place to stay in downtown Chamonix. Nice modern and with lots of opportunities to keep the kids happy. Also very friendly and capable staff! Only downpoint: it was warm and the airconditioning wasn’t functioning. But would return without a doubt.'

"Overall we've had a good stay and the value for money is excellent. Location is also good, quiet indeed and still only 10 minutes walking to the centre or to the skilift. Only four stars because Wifi was advertised by VRBO/Arbitel but not available. Also a lack of decent closets in the bedrooms was annoying especially because it's a small appartment. And the dining table only has 4 chairs, we could take 1 extra chair from the balcony which was good enough for our family but how would you fit 6 on this table? Finally, it would have been good if it was advertised that the bedrooms are all connected and 1 is reached via the other. Not a big problem for us but for some others it may be"

"We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Het was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin met 6 personen. Alles wat nodig was was aanwezig in het appartement. De lokatie is heel fijn, dicht bij de bakker en 10-15 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Het zwembad is een enorm pluspunt! Heel veel mooie lange en korte wandelingen zijn te maken binnen 20 minuten rijden met de auto.
De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel prettig. In- en uitchecken ging makkelijk via het sleutelkastje.
Het appartement was netjes toen we binnenkwamen, alleen (de vloeren van) de wc’s ruiken niet zo fris.
Al met al een prettige vakantie voor herhaling vatbaar!
