'Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.'

'Mooi hotel met nette schone kamers. Ontbijt voor een redelijke prijs van 4 euro pp. Goede spa faciliteiten ook tegen een goede prijs.'

'Vermijdt half pension, ook al betreft het een aanbieding! Diner was ondermaats en werd lauw geserveerd. Hotel werd langs de buitenkant volledig onder handen genomen. Stond als het ware in de steigers. Personeel aan de balie zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Chique hotel aan het strand van Catanzaro lido. In de omgeving zijn genoeg leuke restaurants en bars. We sliepen er maar 1 nachtje en kregen een upgrade naar een suite. Fijn bed en erg goed ontbijt.'

'First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

'Het hotel heeft echt hotelfunctie. Alles is goed . Eten, drinken, zwembad. Naar zee niet te lopen. We hebben hier 10 goede dagen gehad toen we calabrie doorgingen. De kamers zijn goed, maar miste zitje balkon . Met kinderen raad ik het af. Geen animatie , klein ondiep bad. '

Si riferisce ad uno stabilimento balneare con il quale l'hotel ha una convenzione e che distano tra loro circa 300 metri. l'hotel vero e proprio si trova in campagna alla periferia di Catanzaro lido. La struttura è datata, le camere pulite. Personale della reception estremamente cortese ed efficiente.'

'Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid'
