The cottage, classified 3*, is ideally located 15 km from the beaches. Nearby you will find activities for the whole family: O'Gliss (aquatic), O'Fun (tree climbing, paintball...), adventurers' castle (riddle course) and 1 hour from the Puy du Fou.

We welcome you to our property, wooded and enclosed of 4600m², where there is a 2nd cottage with which you will share the swimming pool (10x3.8 m) heated from May to September.

The cottage, with an independent entrance, comprises:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160,
- 1 living room with 1 sofa bed 140, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, ...), television
- 1 large shower room with WC
- 1 outdoor area with garden furniture, gas BBQ and view of the swimming pool
- Children's equipment on request (travel cot, changing table, high chair, bath, games...)
- Dish towels, sponges and household products are provided
- Access to a washing machine

OUTSIDE:

You can enjoy the heated swimming pool, secured by barriers.

Private parking spaces are available.

IN ADDITION:

Bed linen and towels will be provided for all stays from 7 nights.
For shorter stays you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels; however, it is possible to rent them. (Bed linen and towels package: €20 per double bed and €10 per single bed)

Cleaning fee: €60

Non-smoking accommodation

Quiet neighbourhood: party not allowed.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

A deposit cheque for €500 will be requested during the inventory of fixtures
