Antilles Exception offers you this GPGO21 villa, ideally located, at the entrance of Le Gosier, less than 5 minutes from the Datcha beach and the Anse Vinaigri, benefiting from a very quiet environment, at the end of a dead end.

In the commune of Le Gosier and close to Sainte-Anne, the location of the villa is ideal for visiting the whole island and enjoying the most beautiful beaches of Grande-Terre.

Less than 5 minutes by car from the villa you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, the Post Office, and a petrol station.

With an area of 90 m² (+ 60 m² of covered terrace) the villa can accommodate 6 people:
On one level, the villa consists of 3 bedrooms distributed as follows:

-2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a standard double bed (140/200)
-1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160/200)
-1 shower room with toilet
-1 guest toilet
-1 living room with a very well-equipped kitchen, and a living room - open to the terrace
-1 laundry room annexed to the villa with washing machine and storage
-1 covered terrace equipped with a dining area and a garden lounge area, and an uncovered terrace around the punch bowl to bask in the sun

You will enjoy the partially shaded terrace to spend pleasant moments with friends or family. You will also appreciate refreshing yourself in the 3x3 punch bowl.
