Kozy Kaz - Studio House, Sleeps 2

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Gosier, this charming air-conditioned bungalow with sea view, at less than one kilometre of the beach, with jacuzzi, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a shower room, you can also enjoy a shared garden of about 600 m² as well as a terrace and a balcony. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV and sofa bed (double).
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and a dining area.
- A shower room with Italian shower and WC.

Outside :
- A jacuzzi available all year round
- A beautiful shared garden of 600 m².
- A terrace of about 27 m² and a balcony of 15 m² adjoining the kitchen with full sun in the afternoon to enjoy the sunny days and the view on the horizon.

The house is ideally located in Le Gosier, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet area set back from the centre and less than 10 minutes from the beach and its port. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops within 5 minutes walking distance but also a little further from shops, restaurants, bars, market and 8 minutes from the shopping centre by car.

Activities :
- Aquarium de la Marina: the largest aquarium in the Caribbean with 80 species of fish and 50 species of coral.
- L'Anse Tabarin with its saltwater pool for swimming, sailing and kayaking.
- La Datcha beach, Petit-Havre beach and many others.
- Various walks.
- The Fleur d'Epée fort: fortification listed as a historical monument.
- Night market every Friday evening along the two main streets of the town.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking outside the house which can accommodate 4 vehicles.

To get around the island, it is recommended to rent a car. You can also travel by public transport or taxi.
- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre airport located about 20 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free wifi is available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- This is a site that will evolve, hence the presence of two other bungalows under construction. But you will not be disturbed during your stay.
- It is strictly forbidden :
* To bring animals in the accommodation.
* To have parties (This place is dedicated for quiet holidays).
* To make barbecues.
