Great and friendly staff. Great location for skiing, great restaurant & breakfast. Even if its on the slopes you can easily get to the shops and restaurants with complimentary shuttle (cool) or by foot. Facilities avail such as ski room, luggage, ski boot dryer. Did not visit the spa but im sure it has the same quality as the rest of the hotel. Great cleaning of the room also. Happy with the stay and will come back.'

Tout le personnel est agréable, souriant avec, pour le groupe de la restauration, souvent un petit mot gentil d'accueil, ou en cours de repas ou au départ de la salle.
La restauration est variée et s'adresse à tous les goûts. '

On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. '

'Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style.'
