THE RESIDENCE:

-Access to 1 swimming pool + 1 children’s pool during the season: from 15 May to 1 October, 9am to 9pm, closed on Tuesday mornings for maintenance.
Accessible from the first floor, to the left of the lift, last door on the right.

-A dedicated private parking space for the duration of your stay.
Plenty of free parking spaces outside and within the residence (visitor spaces marked in blue: VE).

-A bike storage room is accessible with your accommodation key. Please note: if the storage room in your building is full, your key also gives you access to most of the other bike storage rooms located in the various buildings.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

-Accommodation rated 3 stars by the Le Lavandou Tourist Office: a guarantee of quality (equipment assured) + reduced tourist tax.

-Living area: 47 m² + 2 balconies (10 m² + 12 m²).

-Main aspect: North – helps maintain a pleasant temperature without air conditioning.

-Spacious one-bedroom flat with 2 large balconies (suitable for al fresco dining).

-Living room with a 144x199 cm sofa bed, ideal for 1 adult or 1-2 children, for example.

-Master bedroom with a 200x170 cm bed (2 single mattresses joined together):
PLEASE NOTE – For added comfort: the owners provide 2 single duvets for each bed (both the bedroom and the sofa bed). That is 4 small duvets rather than 2 double duvets.
If required: 2 extra pillows available.
En-suite balcony.

-TV, storage space, access to the second balcony.

-Fitted kitchen with everything you need for cooking + appliances. Please note: new 140 cm fridge with freezer compartment (manufactured in May 2026).

-Bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.

-Small tabletop griddle available.

-No air conditioning, but 2 cooling towers/fans are available: one in the bedroom and one in the living room + mosquito net on the window.

SURROUNDINGS:

-Opposite the residence: Carrefour hypermarket + So Bio, a 2-minute walk away (on the left as you leave). PLEASE NOTE: For those sensitive to noise: Town centre and hypermarket directly opposite, so please be aware of heavy foot traffic and nearby traffic!

A 5-minute walk away: Large family garden (opening February 2024) featuring:
-Play areas,
-Fitness trail,
-Mini-golf,
-Picnic area,
-Peacocks roaming freely.
-‘Caniludique’ dog park nearby.
-10-minute walk away: public and private beaches, restaurants, bars, market on Thursday mornings.

GUEST ACCESS:

You have exclusive access to the entire property, as well as to the communal areas of the residence, including the swimming pool and the bicycle storage room.

Please note that access to the swimming pool may vary depending on the season and opening hours.

-Accessibility for guests with reduced mobility:

Unfortunately, although the building has a lift, the accommodation is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility, particularly those in wheelchairs, due to the size of the doorways. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

-Security and verification:

An ID card is required after booking to ensure the security of the accommodation.

No smoking indoors – Pets not allowed – Parties and events are prohibited out of consideration for the neighbours.

Any stay that is currently in progress and/or has exceeded the refund period specified in the contract is due and will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
