Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² air-conditioned living room with TV and pull-out sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed adjoining an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with WC

Outside area :
- A 15 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- Walks: sea & coast, wild creeks, coastal paths, sunsets.
- Beaches: relaxation & swimming, fine sand, clear water, snorkelling, boat hire.

- The entrance to the flat is private, facing the sea. There is therefore no need to enter the residence, which only serves the flats at the rear.

- Pets are not allowed in the flat.
- Air conditioning is provided in the living room and bedroom.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
- 2 tea towels and a bath mat are provided for all rentals.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
