The house is located in a peaceful village, at the crossroads of the Charente, Dordogne, and Haute-Vienne, 3 km from the International Golf Course of La Prèze, in a green and hilly region surrounded by ponds, 8 km from the lakes of Haute-Charente—a paradise for birdwatchers, anglers, hunters, horseback riders, hikers, and cyclists.

We are 12 minutes from the Haute-Charente Lakes, featuring a water sports center and the Adventure Parc.

A bus runs from Montbron (12 km) to Angoulême and the surrounding area for €2.
