You’ll have all the comforts you need: a bright living area with a sitting area and dining space, a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a lovely communal swimming pool for residents to enjoy a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing!
Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are allowed on request.

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A lovely, light-filled living room featuring a seating area with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a cosy dining table that seats up to 4 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine…

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- A bathroom with a bath, a vanity unit and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outdoor facilities:
- A lovely 10x5m swimming pool, shared with the residential complex. The pool is open from June to the end of September. Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change by the residential complex.

Neighbourhood:
The property is ideally situated in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, just 200 m from the town centre, where you’ll find all the amenities you need: a bakery, a butcher’s, a mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars and a market.
