Very convienent and no need to leave security at airport. Unfortuately the price increase $150 (when i booked) to now $630 per night is out of our price range so we cant stay in future. Lots of sleepers, people sitting by wall to walk through to get to hotel.

After a 15 day trip in France, making our last night in the Yotel was perfect. All we needed was a place on the airport property. It allowed us to go through security the night before and in the morning go straight to our gate.
The gate area has lots of good shopping opportunities too.
We will definitely do this again to avoid morning rush hours and airport traffic. So glad a friend recommended it to us.

This hotel is located inside terminal 2E. Our flight was delayed and instead landing at 10 pm we landed at 11:30 pm. Before departure we called the hotel and they assured us they were going to wait for us since we had a 15 months baby traveling with us. Upon arrival of course that was not the case, of course nobody answered the phone and they left us stranded at midnight on the street with a 15 month baby. Most hotels were sold out but luckily we found a place to stay. On top of that they are refusing to refund the night. It shocking a hotel located inside the terminal does no wait for delayed flights and leave its customers stranded on the street. If you want to be sure to have a room no matter what book somewhere else as yotel does not understand they work in an airport subject to flight delays. Horrible and shocking experience.

We lost our stay and had to stay and part at another hotel. Theu do not take luggage. Fine. We could not keep our luggage at storage area because they did not open in time 4ournextflight. So we wasted our money. Would not recommend this place ever

They were difficult. My parents had no credit card so I prepaid it because they checked in earlier there was an extra charge of 45.00 which they refused to accept in cash. They sent me the link for the credit card and needed a verification note from my bank and gi then refused to check them in even with a deposit that my parents were willing to pay of 100usd.

While it's a convenient alternative to sleeping in the terminal, the hotel is remote (no food concessions without going outside security). Room is small but well laid out. Not great condition-worn furniture and black mold in shower.

Für eine Nacht voll ok
Für eine Übernachtung zwischen Flügen optimal. Es war ruhig, zwar klein aber voll ok. Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und Sachen wie Fernbedienung für Fernsehen fehlten aber ich habe das sowieso nicht gebraucht. Ganz wichtig, vorher was essen und trinken. Es ist schwierig dort etwas zu bekommen.

Could not access hotel due to it being on the other side of security within the airport. To access this you needed to have a boarding pass for that terminal, have no hold luggage and had to, obviously, fly from that terminal. This is not clear on the expedia site which sold the hotel as simply an airport hotel and not one that one could not access like any ordinary hotel. It’s fraud.

It was not advertised clearly that this hotel is on the other side of security and one can only access this terminal if one has a boarding pass for a plane flying out of that terminal (which is a detail one does not know far in advance). You can only take in hand luggage. Could not access the hotel as a result so wasted entire cost. This is NOT clear on your site. Price is - unsurprisingly - nonrefundable, so this is a complete money spinner - and a con - for Expedia and Yotel.
