The villa is located in the commune of Le Moule, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 3 minutes to reach the town of Le Moule and 15 minutes to reach the marina of Saint-François, the neighbouring town and find all the conveniences there: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish & spice market and even a cinema. Beach restaurant at 5 minutes walking distance. Count on a 12-minute walk to discover the Anse beach.

You will not miss the famous Marina of Saint-François, where you will be able to enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and to shop in its numerous boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 15 minutes from your exceptional villa in Guadeloupe.
