Vacation home in the south of France with a private heated pool

Our vacation home is situated on a mountain ridge. This gives you a 180-degree panoramic view. The house is 60 m²
and has 2 bedrooms, each with a French double bed. The second bedroom also has a 3/4 bed (child’s bed)
It’s not just a rental property—it’s our private vacation home. That’s why it’s very well equipped.
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and one child.
The property is 600 m²
The pool, approximately 4 x 7 m, is for exclusive use.
In mid-May, the water temperature is 28 degrees; after that, guests can decide for themselves.
The house is well-equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.
Large covered patio with a table and chairs, lounge chairs by the pool, and much more.
For the winter, there are radiators and a wood-burning stove.
Rentals are available only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
It’s a 20-minute walk to the beach at Sainte-Maxime.
