The shower is outdated, shower curtain sticks to your body while showering. Complex is located in a beautiful garden. Sometimes to much trafic noise.'

Cons: there is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs; the nearest neighborhood does not feel safe in the late evening (I was warned about the main train station itself but it actually feels safe as it is well lit and there are carabinieri with long rifles standing outside)'

Chambre très propre, spacieuse et rénovée. A savoir l’appartement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.
Pour raison de covid, le petit déjeuner a été servi dans la chambre et pourrait être un peu étoffé.'

Allessandro did what he could to help, also when we had to stay longer in Palermo then we rented. We just don't know how we could have managed without him. "Hotel zit midden in het uitgaansgebied. Op loopafstand van nog meer leuke en gezellige steegjes.
Wat voor ons minder prettig was, was dat we in de kamers geen direct licht hadden. Het raam keek uit op de “koker” van de installaties van het hotel. Was erg deprimerend. Ook liep het water vanuit de douche onder de douchewand door, waardoor de badkamervloer met water stond.
Er is wel een dakterras met mooi uitzicht op de stad/zee.
Ontbijt was prima!

"Villa Cottone was a very nice stay for our family and to celebrated my birthday with my children and granchildren. Lia arranged a sicilian chef to prepare an excellent diner at the villa. We enjoyed it.
The house was very clean, the rooms and the beds very comfortable, it was pure luxe to have our own private bathroom.
It was pitty that you always needed a car to go somewhere, there was nothing to do in the neighbourhood. But nevertheless we had a very plesant stay at the villa ! Thank you Lia and your parents!"

The hotel is situated at a very busy road but while inside you don’t hear the noise. You need to take a public bus or taxi to get to the city center. Walking is not really an option.
