Our brand-new architect-designed villa has been tastefully designed, laid out, furnished, and equipped with an eye for detail, carefully arranged to be both functional and comfortable for you.<br>Nestled in an exceptional setting, facing a lagoon of ultra-fine white sand and just overlooking the pebble beach, right on the water’s edge, invigorated or soothed by the offshore breeze as if at sea, surrounded by lush, endemic vegetation, in the heart of an authentic fishing village.<br>Here, you can relax by the pool*, swim in the lagoon**, kayaking, boat trips to the islets of Le Robert or Le François, and laid-back evenings to the gentle sound of lapping water.<br>An ideal spot for kitesurfers, windsurfers, and kayakers...<br><br>(* saltwater, self-cleaning, dim. 5.70 m x 2.70 m / Depth: 1.10 m to 1.60 m)<br>(** a true natural “C”-shaped pool, 30 m long, ideal for enjoying a punch (you can touch the bottom) or for swimming)<br><br>The accommodation we offer combines high-quality amenities with design that’s been carefully thought out down to the smallest detail, providing everything you need to feel at home no matter where you’re from. We designed it to be as welcoming as it is beautiful.<br>Its architecture features both large floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the light and the view, as well as wooden windows and doors with shutters to allow for ample ventilation.<br>Ideal for lovers of the sea and both leisurely and active water sports, just 7 km from the hustle and bustle of the city, shopping centers, and cultural venues such as the Clément Foundation.<br>Here, it feels like you’re on a little island, but with the advantages of being connected to the mainland. <br>Our NALA villa offers a complete change of scenery and a chance to unwind, with ocean views and a wide range of water activities: kayaks (ours are available for use), license-free motorboats for rent, stand-up paddleboarding, and more.<br><br>The 85 m² deck overlooking the sea is perfect for sunbathing in the gentle morning sun, practicing yoga or meditation as the first rays of the sun appear or during the mild afternoon hours, enjoying an evening aperitif, and sipping your first morning coffee. <br><br>The exceptional location and 180° view of the ocean, the lagoon, and the Thierry and Oscar islets make it the perfect spot for excursions: by kayak, you can paddle to Îlet Madame, or by boat to the Baignoire de Joséphine.
