Dany and her four-legged companion Tao (a Border Collie) are delighted to welcome you to the south of the Arcachon Basin in the town of Le Teich. Located between the waters of the Basin and the vast Landes de Gascogne forest, this location is ideal for discovering the many attractions of our region: from the Teich Ornithological Reserve with its birdwatching opportunities to canoe trips on the Leyre River and along hiking trails, not to mention the numerous water sports, beaches, and other must-sees of the Basin. Our gîte is located in a new, single-story house situated on a 6,500 m² wooded plot shared with the owners. The property is bordered to the north by the main road leading to Arcachon and to the south by the railway line (approximately 80 meters away). You will have access to a terrace, part of which is covered, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house comprises a lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge; three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two single beds), one of which has an en-suite shower room/WC; a separate shower room with a shower and WC; and a utility room adjoining the kitchen with cleaning equipment and a small refrigerator. The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the main room, electric heating in the bedrooms, and heated towel rails in both shower rooms. A wood-burning stove is also available for cooler evenings. A cot, baby bath, and high chair are provided. The owners live on-site (in a separate house). Bed linen is provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be rented for an additional fee. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in June, July, August, and September. Wi-Fi is available. This rental is reserved for tourist stays.
