Spacious and peaceful holiday cottage in a renovated Vosges farmhouse.

The apartment is located above the owners' residence.

The cottage is close to the forest and hiking trails.

It is located in the village of Le Tholy, 10 minutes from Gérardmer.

It is ideally situated for accessing outdoor activities: downhill or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, lakes, waterfalls, the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, the Vosges mountain ridges, hiking, mountain biking, etc.
There are also many nearby facilities: swimming pool, bowling alley, ice rink, cinema, etc. The cottage is a duplex in a fully renovated farmhouse.

Separate entrance and parking. Ski storage.
On one floor, you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm). The other floor comprises:
* a spacious living room with a sitting area and a sofa bed that converts into two single pull-out beds (90x190 cm),
* a separate kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment,
* a bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine,
* a toilet.
Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

The cottage has a barbecue.

- Bed linen: €15.96 per stay

- Bed linen for a single bed: €12.77 per stay

- Towels: €8.51 per person per stay

- Kitchen linen: €5.32 per stay
