Welcome to the Villa Belle Époque, a charming residence in Treport, located in the center of the seaside resort of Le Treport, a jewel of the Normandy coast, between 7 and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of free parking spaces in front of and right next to the villa.
Close to the little tourist train, the casino, the fishmonger's, the tourist office, the marshes, the aquatic center, the amenities, the port and the sea with wonderful sunsets, the villa can accommodate 10 people.
Large space on the first floor: living room, dining room, piano, Tv, fully equipped kitchen with island and toilet. Many games and books, children and adults.
Sleeping area on the upper floors with 4 bedrooms. On the 1st floor right, bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. On the left bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 90 cm. 2nd floor left 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 80 cm and on the right a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm in addition for more than 8 people. The house has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and 3 toilets. On the first floor there is a very pretty paved courtyard with table, chairs, barbecue and small garden. Also garage with socket to recharge electric cars.
Villa completely restored in 2024/2025 with all the necessary comfort to spend an unforgettable, relaxing stay and pay tribute to the refinement of the early twentieth century. During your stay you can leave your car and do everything on foot! Whether it is the beach of Le Tréport, Mers les bains, the marshes, the fishmonger's, the cliffs of the 2 beaches, everything is within walking distance!
