My husband and I love this area. I made the decision to plan a trip for my husband’s family for Christmas; there was 15 of us in total. Having 6 bedrooms was awesome and the kitchen/living room was a great place for all of us hang out and play games. On a positive note I received multiple emails on how to check in, checkout and thanking us for staying.Some of the concerns I have with this property. It was expensive for a two night stay. We picked this cabin for the following, we needed space for 15 and we wanted certain amenities, specifically a hot tub. Upon arrival the hot tub was blinking red and in protection mode. I did contact the host and I was told I received an email earlier in the day, which I did. I was told in the email that a technician would come Saturday to look at it again, which did not happen. Another concern was a beeping noise in the furnace room, which was directly below one the bedrooms. I contacted the host via email and was told that there is no way to manually turn off the beep and that it would need reset itself. The beeping did not stop the entire stay, which was very disappointing. Tv remotes did not work. I addressed all my concerns this with the host via email and nothing improved. Disappointing for the little time we spent there.
